Story

Omond & Co was established by James Omond in 2002 to provide specialist legal services tot he wine industry.
Over the years this practice has broadened to provide intellectual property services more generally, and with the growth of craft beer and craft spirits, has expanded to p[rovide trade mark and commercial services to those growing sectors.

Mission

Our ethos at Omond & Co is to undertake work for clients only when we can add value. We provide immediate advice on most legal matters that arise in the day-to-day running of a business, as well as providing specialist legal services in the areas indicated below. For matters outside our area of expertise, we can refer you directly to an appropriate professional, or we can supervise the work for you.
