Went there to fix my phone and they said it would only take 3-5 days... Got it back after 3 weeks then a couple days later my phone broke again. Rip off for the money spent. I want a refund!! I can't even do my streaks!! And I quote from shekshi "Streak killer" UPDATE: A couple of days after I got it back, it broke again so we brought it back to the store to fix it again but they charged us even more than needed. Very bad service. They should've fixed it the first time.

Very good place, try not to take the 1 Review 1 star bandits too seriously. This place is all good. Very friendly and helpful, had several phones fixed here over the years and an iwatch recently too. Good turn around time and good communication. Prices as expected for phone repairs. Try them out, they definitely know what they’re doing, I’ll be back again. Other phone shops I’d been too were nothing like. Have extensive range of covers too, I’ve got3 for my iPhone from there. Kia ora.

Poor customer service. Had my headphones inspected, they say it will take $100 to repair. This was too expensive for me so I decided to try and repair it myself, they then proceed to half the price down to $50 and say that if I fail to repair it they will not provide me their service again. This is obviously scare tactics meant to get me to accept the repair, the reduction to $50 also showed me their predatory pricing practices. Stay away and don't give them your business.

Had to return to get a job redone but the staff made out that I was at fault, very poor customer service.
