Good quality terrible attitude. We bought a formal wear for baby which we didnt use and took that back to return or exchange. we lost the tag but had the recipt. I understand if you cant exchange it without tags but how could you write something on customer's reciept without permission. A lady with glasses wrote refuse return on my copy of reciept without asking me and hid it in bag. Wow.
Great quality clothes. Can pick up some good bargains
Found a boy's suit on Ollie's Place website for $62.99, went to the shop to find that the colour we wanted was in fact $89.99. According to the shop assistant this is because it's a popular colour. Wasn't willing to budge on the price despite there also being a $62.99 suit next to the $89.99 one, the only difference being the colour.
