AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! Literally we wasted 2 hours here over lunch...  We booked a table for 15 during lunch and the food took between 45min to over an hour wait time to arrive.  Halfway through the wait the staff did come to let us know that due to our large group it would take a bit longer and we were understanding of that. However, when the food came, the truffle pasta had no truffle in it and was over cooked and they didn’t salt the dish at all. One of the fettucine dishes has a piece of plastic in it. The seafood chowder had at most 4 pieces of shrunken crustacean meat swimming in it. The soup tasted like canned soup watered down with cream and butter. The worse part of our experience was how the manager/ waiter got really defensive when we were trying to give feedback and essentially blamed us for being a large group and making their understaffed team rush to get the food out, hence the poor quality. With many other Italian options around the neighbourhood, we definitely feel there is no need to return to this establishment. This place was overpriced, very poor quality food and mediocre service at best.

Steak was pretty good though a little charred for my liking; the gorgonzola sauce and truffle/parmesan mash are delicious.  Staff was friendly, though a little pushy.  Service was reasonably quick

Very enjoyable dining. Beautiful settings with antique character. Excellent fast kind service, all staff were bright happy and helpful. Food was delicious, arrived in good timing with reasonable serving sizes. Cafe late was delightful as was wine and in total it was an all round a fabulous meal. Indoor and outdoor seating is very pleasant too.

Food is good, slow service. Good for casual meetings or when you are not in rush.

I've been here a few times now. There a good selection of food. The meals are decent portions not too big or too small. The wine list was reasonable and not overpriced. Finally, customer service was also very good with friendly, helpful staff. I'll come here again.

A pleasant and well-managed Italian restaurant. They have indoor and outdoor seating areas and are great for either lunch or dinner. Their excellent wine menu complements their food and their service is polite, friendly and efficient.

Outdoor tables get plenty of sun during lunchtime! I am here for the first time, ordered one of the special lunchtime sandwiches - with lamb. It is absolutely delicious, and the baguette deserves a praise of its own! My new favourite place for a lunch in a sunny winter day.

Very good food. Big breakfast was very nice. Red eggs with chorizo recommended. Friendly staff. Service was a bit slow but otherwise reasonably priced. Can usually get a seat outside. Great location.

Reserved a table in advance- arrived on time to find table was not available Ridiculously long wait for food No cutlery available so food went cold whilst waiting No teaspoons for coffee Not impressed by owner haranguing staff.  Not their fault- provide proper training, sufficient staff to cover rush and get your apron on and help out. These guys can’t get any of the basics right. Will avoid in future - many better options on Blues Point Road

This place was one of those places where we did not anticipate it to be good. Chicken Schnitzel was very good. Pasta was also very Good. Staff is very good and very helpful. Outdoor seating is fun during winters.
