I've been getting my 2016 Triumph Street Triple serviced at Olivers since it was almost brand new and I have never had any issues with this dealership whatsoever. It is probably the most friendly, knowledgeable, and professional team I've used. Nothing is too big or small, and they always do what they say they will do, and often I am  pleasantly surprised by the fact the bike is looking so clean when I pick it up. The guys there are also riders themselves, so they understand what you are talking about and are happy to chat about your bike with you. These things make a big difference so I will continue to get my bike serviced here in the future.

Great service, looked after my Speed Twin when in need of a service and new front brakes. Also great for accident repairs after I had a little mishap! Sam kept me informed throughout. I was recommended by other owners on a Facebook group to come here. Much better experience than the other dealer I use on the north side

AVOID! - the company advertised a duke 2021 for sale. After a test ride I’ve decided to buy it , only to notice that none of the paperwork stated that the model is 21. After questioning, I was assured that it is 21 and only the manufacturing date was 20. I’ve insisted on something official , so I can resell the bike as a 21 model they have offered to hand write on the receipt it’s 21 lol - in my persistence to see something official they have finally admitted that the model was actually 2020 and said “the bike is the bike and we can’t change it”. Absolute criminal behaviour.

I picked up my piaggio scooter from Oliver’s service dept recently and couldn’t be happier. There was an issue with it snuffing at lights. They investigated thoroughly and appear to have got to the root cause of the issue - I appreciate them taking an extra day to make sure it was fixed.  I know there will be a wait to book in for my next scheduled service but I have every intention to book in early - there is NO way I’m taking it anywhere else ever again.

Gott to  give these guys a rap. Purchased my new Vespa from Oliver's about Sept last year. I also purchased and paid for a box at the back and a front windscreen. Unfortunately due to the pandemic the parts never came and I get that , so I was not in the least upset.  Eventually they called and said they were in. What was fitted was the wrong screen and the wrong box. Back to the  drawing board, they had to be removed and more waiting. Just had the box fitted today and it looks great. Need to wait a little longer for the screen. The message that I am trying to get across is that businesses mess up from time to time. What's important is how they deal with the aftermath, the after sale.  Michael, thank you for the great job and how you looked after me, nothing was a problem for you and your team. I would have no hesitation recommending you.

Traded in and purchased a 2nd hand Street Triple S, dealt with Rohan in store. Was a great experience and relatively fast.  Only few things to note would be their workshop? Bikes chain had a bunch of surface rust spots and the bikes oil was well below minimum. Ended up putting in 800ml just to get it up to the required line.

Was greeted with a smile from Brett straight away and he answered all my questions as ive never bought a bike before. Brett is very knowledgeable and friendly. Now I know the type of bike I want  he even took photo for me on a bike

Oliver's is a family business with history. Great customer service and personal care because they know opinion's travel fast! Not sure why you would buy a bike or your gear elsewhere! Highly recommended. Ride Safe.

Excellent repair shop, very professional and happy to offer advice, overall an excellent bike shop and probably the best one in Brisbane, based on my experiences.
