Olive Farm Wines

About

Olive Farm Wines, Western Australia's oldest operating winery, proudly adding innovation to each bottle of wine through 4 generations of winemakers.

Story

Olive Farm Wines is a 4th generation family owned & run winery, located in the heart of the Swan Valley. Our family took ownership of Olive Farm Wines in 1933 and have been making a diverse range of wines ever since, including methode' champenoise, white, red and fortified wines.

In 2007 we designed and built our dream winery in Millendon, which we relocated to from our original premisis in South Guildford. Continuing the family tradition of winemaking, father and son do everything from growing the grapes to making and bottling the wine.

We invite you to our award winning cellar door, where you can sample our extensive selection of wines. With over 35 wines on offer, we are confident you will find a favourite or two Olive Farm Wines.

You'll feel like you're part of the family when you visit Olive Farm winery, with a friendly, relaxed and personable atmosphere, perfect for enjoying our wonderful selection of Swan Valley wines.

Best winery in our Swan Valley list so far. It's a nice, modern, lovely winery. Tasted wines from an automated tasting machine which was really cool. Friendly and lovely staff. Plenty of products to choose from. Plenty of parking spots. Big gardens. Can watch their winery workshop from the shop which is nice. Left really happy and got some very nice wines. Definitely recommend.
We had a blast with the automated tasting machine, it inject inert gases to keep the wine fresh and automatically dispenses the perfect portion into your glass. They also have some fabulous olives, as one might expect with their name. Wines are great and very fairly priced. No booking required for tasting.
What sucks about being a designated driver is that sometimes you know you wanna try some of the good drop, but you probably shouldn't. It was like that with Olive Farm, especially with their range of dessert wines that smelled delectable. There's a $10 tasting fee unless you purchase a bottle, but I think if I head there next time I'd buy at least a couple of bottles for the old pantry. There are other bottles there with their separate tasting fees, but if you ask me these would be pretty worth it.
Excellent wine tasting and very friendly staff. They have a range of wines, especially European varietals, that are unique to their vineyard. My favourite is the Mencia!
Such a fantastic place to visit: great staff, great selection of wines and a great atmosphere. The staff are knowledgeable about the wines and the region and happy for a chat. They weee busy but still made us feel so welcomed! A Swan Valley must do!
Fantastic service & great value tasting. A wonderful selection of wines with very knowledgeable staff to help you choose. We discovered some new favourites & even a lovely white wine, something rare in a 'red lovers' household he he! Put them at the top of your list to try on your tasting journey around the Swan Valley.
My best wine tasting experience so far after I have been to a couple recent years in Swan Valley. You will have to pay $10 for 8 different wines, but it’ll get waive so long you get a bottle. The staff was friendly and recommended really nice wines that suited my taste. Can’t resist and we bought more than we initially are planning for. I’m a light drinker, but the Sparkling wines are just too good. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
It was great tasting experience tasting so many varietals of wine. The staff who served us was very knowledgeable too which added to the good session
Fantastic tasting experience through Best of Perth Tours, being shown the behind the scenes of the winery including the vats, machinery and aging barrels. So many different wine varieties no matter your taste there will be one for you. A much better experience than the larger wineries. Also has a cheese shop on the property to improve the experience.
Excellent wine tasting session with a very knowledgeable and welcoming staff explaining the wines tasted. Great selection of wine available. There is a kids area that young kids can play at while parents enjoy the wine tasting. Wineyard tour avaiable but needs to be booked in advance
