One of the nicest place we been to in Margaret River! We had very nice cakes and coffee to begin with. They are absolutely gorgeous and delicious. Ambient is very relax and nice. Totally enjoy the environment. As for the staffs, they are top notch and we enjoy the wide selection of olive oil, salad dressing, jam etc.. Only regret is the kitchen is closed on our day of visit. Wish to try the food there and will go again in future :
Good dining experience for the whole family. A bit busy especially during lunchtime. Reservations is highly recommended to guarantee a table. Nice ambiance. Quick service. Good quality of food. Friendly staff. They sell products like jam, olive oil, soap, shirts, lotions and cream and other organic products. Wide array of jams, crackers and more. Their dips and sauces is a must try. Free taste and sampling.
We usually buy the olive oil from Olio Bello because it’s good quality stuff - but only recently we decided to give the restaurant a shot as well. Was pleasantly surprised with how good the food was - the food was clean and the flavours were good. I won’t say it’s the best food in a region where good food is literally everywhere but it’s not something you’re going to be disappointed by. If you want good quality olive oil then this is the place to come get it, and if you want to stop by for some food too then I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
Beautiful location and great produce. We ended up buying some oil and relish. Staff were very friendly and food was simply delicious. We ordered arancini and gnocchi as we were quite full from having cakes at Berry Farm. I would definitely recommend this place for lunch if you are in the area.
Depending on what you order, food can be a hit or miss. The lunch special is absolutely delightful, but I can’t say that for the others that we ordered. Booking is essential, and you are able to do it online. They have a shop that you can taste almost all their olive products, and test the hand creams etc. Also an olive tree farm that you can wander around too. Apparently there are ‘glamping’ facilities too. I didn’t end up buying any of their products as the line was just too long.
This was our first time at Olio Bello, a friend recommended us to visit and we’re so glad we did. They have a beautiful selection of candles, essential oils, soap and more! We came out with a whole bag of stuff! We didn’t have a chance to try out the cafe/restaurant but will definitely give it a go next time.
Great food and massive portion sizes. Service was also great, made you feel very welcomed and appreciated. Will definitely be making a point to stop here every time I come to Busselton now. Would definitely recommended :
Ordered the Burger and chips. The chips were terrific! The burger so so. Nice selection of cakes for dessert and very generous portions. Service was strange. For some things non-dessert food and alcohol table service was insisted on but for desert and tea/coffee you are given a buzzer and have to collect it yourself. The waitstaff were REALLY casual. We got a big speel about quoting our table number when ordering but when food was brought out, there was confusion as to who's was who's. E.g. a neighbouring table offered our food and us offered theirs. The grounds and ambience was really nice, the lakeside glamping looked amazing. Worth a visit, just be ready for some dicey/patchy service.
Glamping was the highlight of this place. Not a lot of light at night, so I could see the stars and planets in the sky very clearly. Beds were super comfy, and the toilet had heated floors. Location was close to Cowaramup .Would recommend this place to anybody, especially tourists.
What a hidden gem in the Southwest ! @OlioBello had a great romantic vibe, with olive trees paved the walkways. The outdoor dining area was a bit warm when we visited one of the hottest days in summer but I could only imagine how nice it would be once it's cooled down. Bruschetta was the most well-rounded, well-seasoned we've ever had . Bread was nicely toasted, with a generous amount of filling consisting of creamy feta, salty olives, sweet onions and crunchy cherry tomatoes playing harmonious tunes . Balsamic vinegar and fragrant herbs tied everything together and every bite bursted full of flavours. Honestly I'd never been so happy eating bread and tomatoes before . Gnocchi soft and pillowy, kale contributed a wonderful earthiness while smooth pumpkin purée softened everything up. There could have been a much crunchier element added besides the macadamia crumbs but flavours were spot on! Pescatore fettuccine was loaded with prawns, cuttlefish, mussels and snapper. Not only curly fettucine was cooked perfectly al dente, the sauce was lemony and garlicky, loaded with capers, chillies and olives. Just pure deliciousness in a bowl .
