Ordered a special loaf for Christmas for my wheat free daughter a week or so ago, they advised that this was the best choice, but today got a call to say they had decided not to bake this loaf. This is the 22nd of December. No reason for the decision and now it's too late to find another baker. Not at all impressed with their version of customer service.

Coffee is great and the bakery product is lil nothing else in waikanae. Always smells great in the morning too with all the baking going on 👍
