Most appalling  service, attitude and product I have ever experienced. Sent the incorrect product that arrived damaged due to inferior packaging. Was then made to make a claim against Aust Post myself and was not even refunded the full amount. Old Malvern pickets refused to refund the balance. Don't expect them to have time for a quote but will take your money in a second!! 'I don't have time to quote but I have time for sales' Personal issues aside, I would never ever recommend this business to anyone. Deal with them at your own peril. I was very courteous, and patient, unlike the owners, and gave them every opportunity to resolve the issue. 
Don't spend your money at Old Malvern Pickets. Can't see them staying in business with this poor service/product.
