Hard rock cafe has always been a landmark for us when travelling so we always want to visit. Unfortunately this time we left feeling dissatisfied with the experience. The atmosphere is always great here, nice rock music and amazing wall art and decor. The food was the let down. It felt quite bland and just a standard tasting burger with nothing special about it. It was just okay but due to the price of €20-24 it becomes a hard pill to swallow. All in all we spend €70 on 2 burgers, onion ring tower, 2 drinks. The chips were barely hot, 3/5 temperature. The staff. One staff member was great, very friendly, perhaps the manager, Lively and bouncy and welcoming. Our server was okay, not too thrilled to be serving and sometimes was hard to get attention. Overall, it was a 3/5. I wouldn't recommend as there was nothing special about the restaurant compared to other options within Brussels. Perhaps if there was authentic Belgium fries on the menu, or even flemish beef stew it could be more of a hotspot.
I was walking with three friends downtown and we passed by the door. We decided to go in for a drink and a bite, but it was not the best decision. We ordered, among others, three Cokes, and all three were served without a single bubble, looking more a syrup than a soda. When we asked them about this, they said there was an issue with the machine and they offered to bring us others.... We had to wait 40 minutes before we could drink again, and receive our food at the table. It should be noted that the place was far from being crowded, so we did not understand that in addition to the problem with the drinks machine, the kitchen was also having issues to bring out dishes. The place itself is not one of the most interesting or largest I have ever been to. The only thing that saved the situation was the waiter at the bar, who was really friendly and courteous. A 10/10 for him. Not the best experience, honestly...
For me,Hard Rock Cafe it's a very good experience, everywhere i was was cool. Here to, friendly personal, they are friendly with kids,so the best. The price's are little bit higher in comparison with other places where you can eat Hamburger's,but it is understandable, it's Hard Rock Cafe!
We were looking for somewhere nice to eat and honestly, the prices! Wowsers... stumbled metaphorically rather than literally... that came later across this place and thought, why not? And sure we were bang on... luckily landed in when Happy Hour was actually 2 hours... was running and it was half price cocktails... get in there !!! Cocktails were good, food was great... at the beginning the service was looking ropey... 5 lads that were more interested in each other than in taking orders... that changed though and service did improve... great singer from Ireland played for a few hours... very enjoyable and entertaining...
Very creative and beautiful interior. The way the inside is separated into different sections is quite appealing. When we arrived it was a bit busy and we had to wait. Not sure why because when we were finally seated there so many seats available. Our server was ok, I guess he did what he could. Because we have visited a few hard rock cafes in different parts of the world we can easily say this was not one of our best experiences. The staff is not very attent. I have been trying to make eye contact a few times with one of the servers at the bar and to no avail. I had to personally get off my seat to go and ask for some wipes usually you get wipes when you order their ribs menu My 3 stars is really based on the service, food quality can be 4 stars. We won’t be going back here.
Legendary Hard Rock Cafe and a souvenir shop with branded clothes located at the main square of Brussels. Busy, load, with American size of portions and great cocktails. Also, with a good service.
Food was cold, pasta was really cold like it came out of the fridge and handed to us. The air conditioning was turned off upstairs. The location was good. The drinks were nice. The waiter that served us was friendly
Nice to chill but prices is too high even the price of the food. Toilet is so dirty. But the server they are so friendly and approachable
Located in the middle of Grand Place, I found this Hard Rock Cafè stunning. The three floors rich of decor, lights and other cool stuff hanging on the wall made the interior look awesome. Short selection of pins unfortunately and didn’t have my seize for my favourite brand t-shirt. But overall a nice experience. Compliments to the albanian guy at the reception/welcome spot which was super nice, assisting me through the shop, helping with some infos about the city and delivering a great great customer experience. Also the mexican cashier was nice and friendly. Those two guys deserve a promotion for the good job they’re doing. Well done! I felt so good that I came back for dinner the day after!
It has the same lay out as any Hard Rock Café in the world. The service is a bit slow and too many different waiters involved. The food is good but not great. You go here for the music and the atmosphere. Vegetarian options: There was no vegetarian option, only side orders.
