I'm a local and can't afford to treat myself a lot, but I recently thought I'd treat myself and buy an overpriced pumpkin/cinnamon loaf. Only to find when I went to share it with some friends just after I'd bought it, that it was slimy, wet, and mouldy on the bottom. Very disappointing. Went straight in the bin.
I'm torn writing this. I love their food and it's the best, as is the lovely service, but I don't want to get there and they've run out if food because more people are going there purely selfish! Great bakery, good food, good prices and nice people.
Loved everything we bought. Sausage rolls, bread, Nutella donut to die for , neenish tart , jam roll . All amazing. Fast and friendly service
Best lamb & rosemary pie I’ve ever had. Animal bread always available when needed. Young man alister who served me went above and beyond, great bakery.

Went here today purchased cheese and mustard seed loaf.I just had a slice toasted, yummy yummy I also purchased a loaf for a friend she just texted how yummy it was Recommended you try it . The young lady who served me was most polite too . Pity I don't live there.
Friendly staff. Couldn't taste the curry in the curry pie. Reasonable prices and quality food.
Normally great here but won’t be back in a hurry. Told the salad bar closed so can’t make a roll ‘as I’m about to pack it up’ I’m like ok & leave empty handed but thinking…. I get it if you’ve started packing it up & need to clean etc but you haven’t. Leaving hungry but not desperate enough go the processed unhealthy option pies, pastries …yummy but only a sometimes food…. rant over Update…I’m satisfied with the owners response to my issue & have added 2 more stars as I value follow up & commitment to improve. Thank you :
