3 nights here while we had a short holiday in Echuca. I was very impressed by this establishment. Rooms were reasonably large, and well presented. Decent sized bar fridge, tea and coffee provisions provided, heaps of bench space, microwave, toaster, kettle in the kitchenettenBathroom was great too, shower had huge water pressure and the hot water here in instant, lots of shelving and hooks and towel rails provided.nBed was comfortable and the 2 seater couch was too.nOur favourite part was the pool though, really lovely, well maintained salt water swimming pool with a spa attached, we spent a lot of time here.nLocation was on a very busy road, 70Kmh speed limit here so cars and trucks really barrelling past as you trying to pull out. Not a lot of traffic noise from inside the room though fortunately.nOnly criticism would be the first morning we were woken at about 7am by a tradie in the next room come to replace a broken air-conditioner, hammering at 7am! We were very cranky!nPrice was pretty good for what we got, but 100 bucks a night.
The service was very friendly, and accessing the room was quick and easy, which we appreciated.nUnfortunately, our overall comfort was impacted by several issues. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable — we could feel every spring and were unable to get any sleep. While the sheets were clean, the blankets had an unpleasant smell and had to be removed from the bed. Additional blankets stored in the cupboard were unclean, with old, hardened food stuck to them.nThe room did have an air conditioner; however, its placement did not allow the cool air to be evenly dispersed, making it ineffective in providing relief from the heat.nCleanliness in the bathroom was also below expectations. The sink mirror had toothpaste residue from previous guests, and there was visible mould along the base of the shower door. Although the shower head was a good size, it appeared to have significant calcification build-up, resulting in very limited water flow.nWith improvements to cleanliness, bedding quality, and room comfort, this property could offer a much better stay.
Pros: check in, pool, owners pleasant, dealt with loud neighbours quickly, well priced.nnCons: next to main road so noisy, plumbing making funny noises all night. Biggest problem was the cleaners. They just set up on the table at my window like I wasn't there, they also parked in my space and were not very keen to move. They need some education on personal space and making guests feel comfortable.
The room was very dark and dated the air-conditioner didn’t work properly we had to end up buying fans which was an expense we didn’t wanna have to do.The reason I chose is place as they said it was Air conditioned so wrong!iThe mattress I could feel the springs in my back.The bunk bed for my children was so unsafe it was wobbly I said to my husband, we can’t let the girls sleep on that So we all had to sleep in the very uncomfortable double bed.nThe outside grounds were untidy and old couch was just sitting there outside hadn’t been touched the pool was beautiful They need to take the photos down of there website. The pool area doesn’t look like that any more. It’s quite messy.nI don’t what sort of hotel inspectors inspected this place?nSo very sad that our motels have turned out like this.nI remember as a child coming to with you can with my family and we never had these sort of issues with the places we stayed in.
Revolting service. “Owner” needs to learn how to speak to paying customers with dignity and respect. “Air conditioner” is non existent. We found a strip eyelash on our linen and were told with attitude that how dare we accuse them of being unclean and that it must of fell off the cleaner… if that’s your response to a customer you shouldn’t be in this business. Would not recommend staying here. We left days early and would rather sleep in our car.
