The staffs are nice and good customer service. The food is authentic but average tasting. Reasonable portion. The price range is $9.90~$12.90. I like their green tea ice cream because it's not overly sweet and has the bitter green tea taste. I hope they bring that back.
They didn't washed the pan before they make the meal. Therefore, the Okonomi is super bitter that even the mayonnaise cannot cover it. I am just absolutely so disappointed. Overall, it's overpriced for its quality.
