Do not use this business.nnUnfortunately, they are very dodgy.nnThey put the wrong stock on the Shelf, mark with the wrong pricing. When you bring it to their attention, they’ll stuff you around for 10 to 20 minutes trying to resolve it without a resolution.nAzad, stuffed around for so long when I brought to their attention after they tried to rip me off. Stuffed around, no apology, left without purchasing the item because they could not resolve it
This store has a great range, and the staff are awesome, but the car parking is terrible, and not set up for walkers or cyclists - the only entrance is the single car driveway. If you are a learner driver and want to practice reversing and 3-point turns, then highly recommended, but otherwise the carpark is best avoided. Consider street parking nearby. The store itself is great once you are inside!
Visiting Officeworks and this applies to all their stores is always a frustrating experience that often leads to disappointment. This time, I reached my limit with their poor service.nnI wanted to buy the newly released Apple MacBook Pro with the M4 processor. First, I checked their website, which stated the product wasn’t available for online ordering and advised customers to visit a store to purchase. So, I went to Officeworks, hoping to buy the laptop and see the product on display. I took a picture of the model with the product number and showed it to the cashier, letting them know I wanted to make the purchase.nnAfter checking their stock, the staff disappointedly told me they no longer had it in stock. This left me extremely frustrated. Why is the product still listed on their website? Why does the website encourage customers to visit the store if it isn’t available? Why is the product on display if they don’t carry it?.nThe whole experience was a waste of time and truly highlighted how poor their service is.
Huge thanks to the printing team at the Gabba store and especially Jay, I had an urgent printing task for a significant board exam and he personally ensured that my task would be ready in time even though the service was very busy. He also encouraged me to call back if it wasn’t done by that night but my task was completed less than 2 hours later. Super helpful, understanding and kind, big thank you again : excellent service!!
06.08.2022 This store is great. Huge! Went to get a few photos re-printed. Caitlin was fantastic, she deserves 5 stars for patience, friendliness and definitely knowing her job. ID card photos taken here too.nEverything was reasonably priced, lots of range of goods.nToilets in store.
