Staff were talking rather than serving. Billed out the wrong product and swapped to a new staff member mid way through the return which wouldn't have needed to be completed if they had been paying attention. When I tried to tell the second staff member that I shouldn't have to explain the details of the return twice just because the first customer representative was putting a ladder away and didn't feel like walking back to the front, they spoke over the top of me condescendingly saying 'have a nice day' while I was still talking. The staff used to be nice here, but they now seem to get off on creating trouble for customers.. I plan on returning the item now anyway, I don't even want to look at it the experience was so bad..
Very Disappointed with the person who served us today. We went a few days earlier to print wedding invites and the person who served us named AMY was so rude and didn’t want to help us at all. Just kept talking over us and kept saying, we don’t do that an we can’t do that but yet all our invites was printed from there. All we wanted her to do is print us some more invites. That’s all we wanted. I know they were busy but she didn’t want to help us, kept saying we can’t do that but yet our invites were done there by a young man named Henry, who was absolutely lovely. Henry gave us the best experience an even offered us ways to make our invites better. Thank you Henry.
A big thank you to Madeline who was so helpful to us last Sunday. She was very friendly and professional and was able to make our visit there so much easier. Looking forward to seeing you next time. Thank you so much.
I had an abnormal printing job to be completed and was helped by Kelly at Officeworks Virginia who was absolutely lovely to deal with. She ensured the print was exactly what I was after during a busy period where there were many other customers to juggle. Thank you.
Wish I could give negative stars, Virginia officeworks has a bunch of useless people employed in there, I’ve paid for a photo to be printed on a canvas and they promised that my canvas would be done in a week, it’s been 5/6 weeks now, and I’ve gone in store 2 times trying to receive my item, and they are offering me a refund. Don’t false advertise something you can’t provide, and it’s not the first time I’ve had bad customer service here. Find a different store to visit
Smiling customer service despite the queues on a Friday morning! Special mention of Jana, who, when we both discovered that the Fuji Photo Kiosk would not accept my camera's Fugi SD card, copied my photos onto a USB stick so that I could print my photos. Special mention also of Madeline who gave valuable advice regarding a laptop carry bag and printer cartridges. Great service!
I had to return a product under extended warranty and get a new product. Good directions with the Claim process and pleasant experience with the return and get a new product. Thanks to Kaye, Jana, Jesse and Rianna.
I had a pretty good experience shopping at Officeworks, Virginia. Some of the staff to look like they hate their life, but I did have a very friendly young fella help me fine the correct router I was looking for. He was also very knowledgeable and patient with me.
I have been going to Virginia Officeworks for years. Every time I go there I get great service. But I have to make a special shout out to Amy. She welcomes you like family but gives professional service. I was there yesterday to get two posters printed, by six pm they were done. Great work. I tell everyone about the Virginia store due to your staff. Keep up the good work. Thanks
Dont ever go here!! I been scam and they didnt do anything about it. Apple told me officeworks should ask question why i bought too many and no one ask me. This is a common scam and they knew about. Once someone bought more than 2 they supposed to ask questions to help customet said the bank. Obviously no care for customer they told me they cant do anything about it.
