My local Officeworks.nHave had issues before and attitude issues with the staff member named Andrea previously, but have always given the benefit of the doubt.nToday I arrived at 4.45pm to print a document that I had already sent to the officeworks self serve email in order to save time. When I arrived the door was locked. I had to wait a few minutes until someone exited. As soon as I stepped in Andrea although serving staff shouted at me in an angry tone ‘We’re closed’ store has people in at checkout etc. I replied saying it’s 10 to, and I’m just doing a quick print job. She grumbled and said oh well you can go then. When I got there almost everything is out of service, and the two working print stations were in use.nComplete utter waste of time and rude, lazy staff - this is the norm unfortunately at Officeworks Subiaco
Appalling service. Only one guy working his legs and arms off in photo centre and a really long line at photo centre. Poor guy. Finally someone else turns up and tells me my photo will be ready in an hour and she will text me. No text received yesterday or today. Still waiting many hours later. Tried ringing them and no answer and after waiting they kicked me off the phone line. Tried ringing the customer care line as advised and same - no answer. No answer, no care , no service, no photo, no text but they still have my money.nAlso when my husband bought a phone there they gave him a reconditioned model which did not work properly.
It’s my local store so I visit often. The service is a very mixed bag, the younger staff seem to be friendly and helpful and generally pretty decent service. Today, I requested a refund for an item and it needed approval. The young lady who processed the refund was helpful but Edward who was the approver was disconnected and unclearly communicated I needed the physical debit card for the refund. Instead of clearly stating i needed to return with the physical card he just stood there and waited for me to prompt what the next steps were. We all have bad days, but you are in customer service so at least pretend you want to be there. At least just while the customer is standing in front of you. I would have given 1 star if it weren’t for Leah who initially processed the refund. So thank you Leah
Thank you Edward for the 5-star customer service. You went above and beyond to help me find the best products. Love your enthusiasm.
Very friendly and helpful service - I arrived at 8:30pm 30 mins before closing and wanted to print some photos and even though the self service machines were out of the order the very friendly employee helped me do it online as a click and collect and then she printed them and I had them in my hands 10 mins later.
