I had a very pleasant experience at Officeworks Subiaco. I needed to print over 100 customised sticker tags and wasn’t sure where to start.nnBrandon was incredibly helpful — he took the time to understand exactly what I needed, guided me through the process step by step, and connected me with the right printing team. Everything was printed smoothly, with excellent results — and all for just $5!nnAmazing service. I have just had some music printed by the wonderful staff members here at Subiaco Officeworks. There were multiple copies of multiple pieces. Sophie did the first lot and she was marvellous. Fantastic customer service and all done with the utmost efficiency. I had to go back and get another set done and under the guidance of Sophie, Sapphire was equally polite efficient and delightful to work with. I noticed that they both treated all customers well. I hope these staff members get the accolades they deserve.
My usual go-to place for all stationary and printing services. I've experienced good customer service almost every visit. Most of the staff members are friendly and competent.nnTips for improvement: Trainee staff members should learn the routines quickly to be confident in their work and duties so the customers won't feel the staff is incompetent.
I regularly visit the store for electronics, stationery, printing services, and other items, and it’s generally a great place to shop. However, on one particular visit, I had a disappointing experience. An Indian lady assisting with passport photos was quite rude and seemed to lack the necessary photography skills. Despite several attempts, the photos still didn’t meet the required standards. While the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful, I was not satisfied with the passport photo service on that occasion.
If you need something from the counter in the back, allow plenty of time because they take their time and seem completely indifferent to people’s time... While they are friendly, they have no sense of urgency. If the printer needs paper or ink, you’re stuck. The wait times are absolutely unacceptable—about 45 minutes just to print two photos! It’s frustrating and unnecessarily long. I would not recommend coming here if you value your time.
