If you need something from the counter in the back, allow plenty of time because they take their time and seem completely indifferent to people’s time... While they are friendly, they have no sense of urgency. If the printer needs paper or ink, you’re stuck. The wait times are absolutely unacceptable—about 45 minutes just to print two photos! It’s frustrating and unnecessarily long. I would not recommend coming here if you value your time.
My usual go-to place for all stationary and printing services. I've experienced good customer service almost every visit. Most of the staff members are friendly and competent.nnTips for improvement: Trainee staff members should learn the routines quickly to be confident in their work and duties so the customers won't feel the staff is incompetent.
Someone from the print counter assisted the customer next to me and completely ignored me going excuse me about 10 times before finally coming and helping after I went to get someone. I was then at the print counter for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged before I left without being served. For a customer service based business these staff members definately need training on being able to deliver good customer service. I will not be going back to Subiaco officeworks again, despite it being my closest officeworks!
Just bought an iPhone 15pro from them that was on clearance and they said there was nothing wrong with the phone just some staffs have opened the box only, so I thought I was getting a better deal @ 1400$, the wire was missing from the box but I got it the next day. Then on fourth day I my phone started playing with small white line showing on the screen then totally went white and, froze and I could not use it. I thought it could be software so I switched it on and then again after few days when we were going for camping it did the same thing, I lost my online map luckily I had others travelling with me and once I turned on it kept on doing multiple times. Then I thought of going next week because I didn’t have spare phone I bought another phone and they said I would not get a refund because I had crossed 14 days time period. The other staffs also said that this should be a display phone because the boxes are not open unless they are on desolate or returned phone, and this could be the situation which was not informed when buying the phone, I have given them the phone for repair and I am pretty sure they will not give my money and they know I bought new phone from their store to show they ripped me off with some dodgy phone.nnHere is the example how it works and I showed them the video and yet they are not gonna give my Maleny back they said.nnGuys any idea how can I get my money back or new phone because they are gonna give me the same dodgy phone.nnI am thinking of going to consumer protection
Ruby was excellent. Thanks for being such a bright bubbly newby to Officeworks. Haven’t seen her before but she needs to be commended for her pleasant demeanor under the stress at this busy time of the year. I hope she stays!
