I don't really believe in leaving negative reviews. However this deserves something special.nnI came in to buy a desk for my daughter, once we found it I asked for help to get it as I had my 6 year old with me and my 18 month old in my arms.nI did get help, which was a team member with absolutely garbage care factor sighing when they realised what I was chasing.nOnce it was loaded onto the trolley, I was left to steer it through the shop on my own with my toddler in my arms.nGot it to the front and paid for it, again.. no offer to help.nCustomer service in officeworks just seems to be non essential I guess.nnI had a similar experience prior when I came to buy some things also as I own a local business that is literally driven by customer satisfaction. And once again, asking for help seemed to be the absolute worst thing I could have done here.nnUnfortunately there's no saving a business that just promotes abhorrent customer care from what seems to be the top down.nEven if you don't like your job, it's not hard to give it a go.
Phoned to book in a copy job - told they were not taking bookings anymore. Suggested phoning later on in the day to see how they were travelling. I tried unsuccessfully 15 times to call to see how they were “travelling that afternoon”! I arrived and was told I should book it in.nPlease make up your mind your procedures.
NO PHONE CONTACT WITH STORE !nTried to call today regarding returning a faulty product purchased yesterday. There are no options in their automated phone system to actually talk to someone in store. Every option refered me to their website.nTHIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE.nUnfortunately like most large corporations Officeworks pretty much have the MONOPOLY on office supplies which allows them to treat their customers this way.nDISGUSTED !
If I could give no stars I would. Beyond the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with genuinely thought it was a prank with how poor the customer service was. I was there for an hour to print one photo.
What friendly helpful staff. They make the difference between a good store and a great store. Extensive range of products, great parking and wheelchair friendly. Keep up the good work.
