I don't normally complain, and I have always loved Officeworks.  However my last 3 visits have been a horrible experience.  The store on each occasion was quiet, plenty of staff standing chatting to each other, and when I enquired on entry to find something, I was told what isle and left to find it myself, not being able to locate what I was looking for I approached someone back down the front of the store to help me and was told to go to that isle and wait... I was left standing for 20mins waiting for someone and then asked another staff member as they where walking past only to be cut off and told rudely someone will be with you.  After finally being served and finding what I needed, I mentioned their price beat guaranteed showing an invoice and website displaying prices considerably lower. Everything was a problem.. the price guaranteed was not met. The staff where rude and the stock was $2.90 per pen dearer..

I went a couple of days ago, there was a gentleman who explained the computers to me and which one would best suit my needs - I was torn between which one would suit me best - I said I’ll come back.nn… Came in today to settle the purchase and there was a sweet-gem of a woman who helped finalise the purchase.  She even helped me put on the phone screen protector which I’m so grateful for.nnWell rounded support and an amazing team.

This is such a big place and they have a lot of stuff. Friendly staff that are only to happy to help with what you need. Also you can ring up and ask if you need something specific or if you have a question about products. They have a lot of stuff for kids and art projects as well as things for computers and all of your printing and photocopying needs.

I am very grateful to the staff of Officeworks who with their patience and knowledge helped me give my brother for his 60th a very special gift. A picture drawn in pastels by our youngest brother who had passed away 7 yrs ago this yr. They also helped to do up the only picture of our family taken for his very 1st birthday cake and birthday party. Their help made this special night a bigger success than intended. Thank you Officeworks. I recommend them highly.
