Really great service here super friendly when I buy anything. Always someone on hand to help. Parking is ample as there is shared massage commercials area parking. If you know what you want don’t bother looking for it just show them a bar code and they bring it up to counter. Super helpful English bloke called James helped us out.
Officeworks Robina ReviewnI want to give a huge shout-out to Audrey, who was absolutely fantastic. We had a very large file around 1000 pages that wouldn’t work through the self-service checkouts. Audrey was extremely helpful, organised the printing for us, and even called to apologise when the initial job unfortunately didn’t print. Honestly, her customer service was excellent.nnWhen we returned with the USB to try again, the print was completed — but the experience went downhill from there. We had already paid for hole punching, yet the male manager clearly didn’t want to do it. He told us he “didn’t have time” even though the store still had over 1.5 hours until closing. I ended up getting a refund and manually hole-punching the entire 1000-page job myself, right in front of him. I finished quicker than the machine apparently could, and we were back on the M1 with more than an hour to spare before closing.nnCome on — how long does it really take? Bring back Officeworks Pimpama! At this point, it feels like the fire restoration works at Pimpama might be slowing the reopening down more than it should.nnHuge thanks again to Audrey for her amazing help, but the management attitude really let the experience down.

I went to Officeworks Nerang to buy the cheapest model footstool for my new workstation. Unfortunately they were out of stock so they sent me over to Robina where it said they had 6 in stock. Unfortunately when I arrived we searched around and none could be found. Luckily Shikane saved the day and was able to discount the next model up display version for me and maintain my faith in Officeworks. Friendly and helpful service
