Came in to by airpods yesterday and was told they have some in the back on the truck. No one was unloading the truck so we were told to come back the next day. So we did, came back the next day only to be told they never got any in. What a joke. Asked them if they can ship them from bathurst but apparently they are the only franchise in the whole of Australia that doesn’t do store to store shopping.
Amazing selection in products! Large selection of Posca's! Great amount of tech products but sometimes a little more overpriced but usually a good deal or substitute. Able to order online and pick up in store or by delivery. Pretty good service and Overall great store!
Thank you to Savannah in the print section for looking after us with such professionalism and friendliness today! We were in a bind with lack of internet at our accommodation and she waved her magic wand and had us sorted!nThank you so much Savannah !!!
Abysmal customer service from all 3 staff members I interacted with today. Disinterested, distracted, and unwilling to help with basic things well within the duties of their role. I've been all around Australia and this is by far the worst experience I've had at any Officeworks store. Other negative reviews appear to indicate that there may be an issue at this store. Shall be going elsewhere from now, on as this is the third time in a row in recent months that I've experienced poor customer service and I've had enough.
Absolutely disgusting! I have always phoned and asked regarding all products that I have purchased. Now they just divert you to the website and there is no way of speaking to a person therefore will never shop at this store again!!!nIn the past the website has shown items in stock and when you go to the trouble of getting to a store they inform you that they have no stock with a SORRRRYYYYY! WASTE OF TIME!
