Worst experience I ever had in Sydney. I wanted to print 6 pages but printer didn’t work and I tried a few times and didn’t work again, I asked staff to help but they were unfriendly and careless. That lady asked me go and ask another staff, I was waiting almost 20 minutes to Get help to print six pages. Finally second staff told me this PDF is lock and you can’t print it. I got very unhappy. Never ever I go back there. I wish I could give them zero stars
I ordered ‘next day’ business cards that weren’t available 3 days later. 1 star for service. However the customer service representative, Mary Louise I think, was excellent in dealing with me who was a very frustrated customer. She was professional, empathetic and immediately provided me with a temporary solution. Very impressed with her service which was 5 star rating for sure.
Was here the other day to print out a senders label sticker. The store was almost empty. There were two people in front of me in the line for printing. When it came to my turn, I was told to send the label via email to them so they can print it on their end, which was all fine and good. Once I did that I lined back up and there was one man in front of me who was coming to get a click and collect And the staff could not find it anywhere. She could see that I was standing there on the verge of a panic attack, but she just kept looking at me and then continuing what she was doing. About three staff members walked in and out of that printing section and she didn’t want to ask them to assist. At this point, I was way too nervous to ask myself because I didn’t want to put them out. I should’ve said something. I didn’t like that the staff member didn’t even care, she also kept looking in the same place for this click and collect which was freaking annoying, like why would it be there if you just checked there and it wasn’t there? I do understand that my mental health is my problem, but I just felt like she could’ve asked for help. And to top it off she broke the printing machine, so I had to wait a little longer. She must’ve been new.. either way I don’t really care. It wasn’t a good experience, hence my one star review. And just to let you know I was there for like 25 minutes for just one damn thing.
Rachel at the counter has been really helpful and patient. I was using $50 gift cards to purchase a $1,000 computer and there were so many cards. However, she offered help to get the cards ready by removing the package and scratching for the pins. She was so nice and kept cool during the whole process. While I was waiting for the computer to be picked up, I also noticed her being nice to all other customers while being really organized. She exceeded my expectations so I wish to recognize her.
Customer service is so bad, I waited an hour to get something printed and he took his time. Literally ended up asking for a refund because I couldn’t be bothered waiting anymore and he said “5 more minutes “ as he continued to talk to a co-worker about how excited he was to finally finish his shift. They refused to give me a refund when they printed it and laminated it so badly and wrong 3 times. Don’t go here. Do better and find staff that aren’t incompetent.
