I spoke with Jayden a few weeks ago and he was amazing he gave great service and was extremely helpful with great knowledge. He helped me fix my problem and worked great. Today I dealt with James he was great also helped me fix my problem with multi screens and also came up with a more affordable option when I told him I had a budget to stick to. The only problem is when you call the number there is not option to just speak with a team member this should get fixed asap as I almost went somewhere else. I wanted to know they had what i needed before I went in store.
Great customer service received today.nI needed some certificates printed off on card and the young man who served me was extremely helpful. Also, other staff members were very friendly and helpful when I asked about other products.
Extremely disappointed with my recent photo printing experience. The staff were very helpful, however, the finished product was way below standard. I had a significant number of holiday photos printed. All of them were a lot darker than the very clear USB originals provided, making it difficult to see details. As well, they were completely mixed up and out of order. It took me over four hours of sorting to get them back in order. Will never use Office Works again.
I rang to double check the availability of an item to be picked up within an hour , the lady said we do have 10 of that item in the stock and you can come for it. As I arrived and ask for it they said system shows we do have 10 but unfortunately we don’t have any on the shelf.nVery disappointing
