I called the store for a price match and was told they could and to head into the store for the purchase. After going in, they fumbled around, then said they couldn't because the stock level wasn't on the website of the store I wanted to match against it did not say out of stock. I've never had this kind of experience at JB Hi-Fi. I'd steer clear of this store and wasting time pleading your case to incompetent people for something as simple as price matching, when many other businesses in Newcastle are more than happy to have you business.
Absolutely terrible service, I purchased a set of drawers the previous day, checked the keys were there in the top drawer to lock salesman said yes they are inside tapped. I came back assuming the keys were still inside, transported direct back to our shop and keys were missing...I looked everywhere. Returned to Officeworks asking for a spare set of keys showing the key ID and photo of before purchase, they had nothing, completly useless. Now I'll have to go spend more money at bunnings at fit a new lock, tried the locksmiths they said go to the store they will have a spare set...nnAbsolute frustration.
Extremely long queue because they don't have enough staff for how busy the store is.nI went for a simple photocopy of my ID for both sides and after I did the first side I wait until find somebody free. Finally somebody came, I asked to the guy how I can use the same page of my photocopy in order to have both sides in the same page and they use professional printers so of course you can do it! He, in a very rude manner told me that he can't do that. Told me to do it separate and then cut it and make a new copy and the result was like sh't. Of course my paperwork got rejected and it was a waste of time and money.
I really don't appreciate the people who work here because they are so unprofessional when I came last night to print my name card number they within 30 minutes, They couldn't help me do it and promised me today and after 7am they could come and print for me within 15 minutes, But today I came they printed and told me to come back in 4 hours that is unprofessional because they hire kids to work and have no way of thinking so lazy. The service is really bad and I think the way of working should be adjusted because the staff here, they don't know what they are saying and doing, they don't have a unified opinion, they make the customers feel really tired, most of the young people here are very lazy. Ruby is girl talk with me about this problem but today staff didn’t 15 minutes have to 4 hours and obigate me waiting
