Officeworks Morley is a gem for all things office and tech. Staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient, making every visit smooth. Great range, fair prices, and easy parking. Whether printing, shopping, or browsing, it’s always a reliable and pleasant experience!
We bought an game chair and it looks pretty heavy. A young staff called Issac who was really friendly helped us to take the box off the shelf and offered to help us load the box onto the car. He looks young but the attitude was really really good!!!
Disappointed with the level of service. The staff appeared inexperienced and lacked basic product knowledge, which made it difficult to get the help I needed. It’s clear that more thorough training is required to ensure customers receive accurate and helpful assistance. Hope to see improvements in the future as I enjoy browsing/shopping through Office Works.
If you want to print important documents, don't go to this Morley store.nI came to print some CVs, as I have done in the past at other Officeworks stores in Perth.nI paid for colour copies and ended up with black and white copies with ugly margins around the edges, which I hadn't asked for.nOr how to pay for nothing!nIn short, the copies didn't look very professional, just like the service provided by the young employee, who stood up to me, saying that these margins are normal and that they can't do any better/differently in this shop... Something she was careful not to mention before I paid.
Absolutely ridiculous experience at Officeworks today. Over 20 minutes waiting for click and collect in the print service area, with only one staff member there and she was just standing around doing bugger all. No urgency, no care, just twiddling her thumbs while people wait.nnThis used to be a place known for decent customer service, but it’s gone downhill fast. What happened to the standards? If you’re going to offer click and collect, at least have staff who are willing to actually serve people. Not happy at all.nnGave up and walked out.
