Don't order anything from here. I ordered some pc accessories for my daughters birthday, half the first order was missing and they processed the refund and haven't received that yet to buy her actual gift and the second half was suppose to arrive Sunday and didn't. Had to go into store to chase up to only be told it will come when it comes and I can't be bothered chasing up the warehouse because they would be on the phone for 2 hours. Fingers crossed that I actually receive my order and refund.
The lady behind the counter was very professional and very helpful due to her expertise in her field for printing...nAnother staff member was also very helpful to show me where a product was and gave me clear communication about the various products made available to suit my needs.
Chae and Cristian were absolute legends. Asked a lot of them with price matching and coupons and they were more than happy to help. Really pleased with their service and approachability!
If I could put no stars, I would. We paid for next day delivery for our Apple TV to arrive before Christmas. We tracked it and monitored its arrival to make sure it gets inside during the heatwave. It is marked delivered and was never delivered to our address. Instead, 15 minutes later, a delivery driver delivers us a Lenovo product that doesn’t have our name or address on it. Confronting the driver, he says it’s not his fault and asks several times whether the Lenovo product is ours or not 3 times. We told him for the third time that the product has a different address and name on it. He calls officeworks Morley and they tell us that it is his fault and that they may be able to deliver the product tomorrow. Next time we will drive and get the product ourselves, cannot rely on them or their drivers.
You purchase an item for click and collect. They delay your item for pick up 5 days which isn't click and collect and then you ask for a refund because you can collect it in another store yet they won't refund you until it gets in the bloody store which defeats the whole damn purpose! I did not agree a 6 day process otherwise i would never have bought it or even got it delivered to my house instead. This is absolutely ridiculous
