People are lovely but asked for receipt for big purchases and didn’t receive one. Staff were super helpful when I called back and emailed me the necessary receipt. Photo development here takes a long time so give yourself more when going.
I called into Officeworks Morley today to have some photos printed. I am a senior lady & totally illiterate when it comes to modern technology. I was fortunate to have a young lady called Izzy attend to me. What a beautiful young lady.. She was extremely patient & I emphasise extremely patient as she had to first locate the photos I wanted printed & my iPhone was not cooperating making the task difficult & taking much longer than it would normally. When it came to printing the photos my mobile failed again to complete the request & It required them to be sent to Izzy’s phone which solved the problem. Izzy, at all times displayed the utmost respect, empathy & understanding not only to my situation but also to me. She is a wonderful example of putting the customer first regardless of the situation & circumstances. I left the store delighted I had my photos but more so because of Izzy’s beautiful attitude, respect & expert professional help. Officeworks you have a diamond in this young lady. Please pass on my deepest appreciation to her. Blessings Wendy.
Great shop great service from a lovely young girl that assisted me. They can get very busy though so heads up on that. Sometimes you just gotta be patient
Don't order anything from here. I ordered some pc accessories for my daughters birthday, half the first order was missing and they processed the refund and haven't received that yet to buy her actual gift and the second half was suppose to arrive Sunday and didn't. Had to go into store to chase up to only be told it will come when it comes and I can't be bothered chasing up the warehouse because they would be on the phone for 2 hours. Fingers crossed that I actually receive my order and refund.
Bad customer service.nAfter returning an ink cartridge which was not the correct one for my printer I was told that I couldn’t return due to the box being opened, this was fair enough. However, when I asked if there was any recycling containers the young person serving me said NO. I asked to speak to the manager who then came out and spoke to me rudely as I had obviously interrupted him from what he was doing. I explained that I didn’t want to throw the perfectly good cartridge in the bin & that they should have some way of recycling it. At this point he told me with an angry demeanour that there is a recycling bin & showed me where it was. Why wasn’t I told this in the beginning, it would have saved me experiencing an angry manager, an aggressor who clearly has anger issues.nWont be shopping at this store again.
