I had a semi Large custom printing order, which involved bindings and laminating. When first interacting with the staff around 09:30am, they came off as unfriendly when I said this may be a large job. She had impatiently asked if I had made a job order. I said no, then proceeded to described my order and she then cut me off and said that I need to make a job order then. I ask if I can make it here and said that I can't do what I want via the website. She sighs and I continue to tell her about what I want. She starts on some but let's me know that it may take a while as there were some larger jobs before me. I accepted and she said it should be finished by 12pm. I paid upfront and went off. BIG MISTAKE!nnI came back around 12pm and asked about my order. It took 5 minutes of looking for my order only to find out the person went on break and that it was 3/4s done. The lade then asked for my name and number. She said they will 100% call me when it is all completed. I thanked her and left. 4pm comes round and I had a feeling they had forgotten to call me, so I gave their store a call. It took me 30 minutes to speak to someone and that was after waiting 29 minutes on hold then hanging up and calling again to be picked up by a staff member immediately. I asked about my order and they said it was complete after 5 minutes of waiting. I said they never called me and they suggested that it was just a lapse of memory.nnI go in to collect my order and it takes multiple staff members to look for my orders.nnGetting home I check though everything thoroughly and it turns out the booklets I requested were not made double sided. I will definitely go back and request a reprint/binding again.nnI'm very disappointed in the staff.
Wanted to support my local OW, but being overcharged $2.86 is not worth it and really a waste of my time. The elderly lady questionable intentions scanned the more expensive items multiple times instead of the correct ones the right number of times and intentionally scanned the expensive paper twice instead of one of each. Best to double check your invoices if served by her.
More variations and enoghstocks on all kind of productss availthroughout the year. Busy when mostly new school season starts around late Januaryto early February. Other than that will be less crowded. Self service photo options available. There are discounon most of items all throughout year. Car parking is limited. There are helpful staff if required assistance.
Poor customer service both from staff at printing desk and checkout. Total of five staff behind the shared counter and print/checkout lines barely budged. Lots of staff coming and going but no recognition of those customers waiting. Staff are disinterested, bored, and unprofessional. Even the two people being served were waiting for their respective staff member to return. Demonstrates inconsistent brand awareness and experience.nnOne staff member in the cable aisle was super helpful and polite, shame about the rest.
Don’t rate this place at all. Was waiting for 10 minutes to be served. One employee was serving a customer. Another work employee just standing there watching the people in the queue. Another employee just walking around the back of the counter. Left my items on the front counter and left the place.
