Extremely fast and easy time. Showed up to get a poster printed, got fast service thanks to Doug who also on the spot edited my file that was in the wrong size. Later I needed an adhesive that missing off the shelf, Matt handled it in 5 minutes, got a box of the overhead to resupply and even gave me some advice for my project. Great team.
Came to get photos printed of recent trips …self serve kiosk was not transferring….staff did not assist when asked. Did not know how to assist and was very rude…..wasted one hour of my life…..don’t come to Mentone if you need help as you won’t get it!!!! It would be beneficial if there were staff available who know what they are doing and were trained in customer service
My family member recently made a purchase at this store, and although the payment process was a bit complicated at the final stage, the staff Liv and all their colleagues were incredibly patient and professional. They worked through the issue and resolved it smoothly. I’m extremely grateful for their help. I believe this is the best officework I’ve ever been to. Thank you
Very poor experience. False advertising wouldn’t match a national retailers price for an identical item and claimed they need to speak to head office. False advertising. Never received a call back or contact from the store. Slow and lacklustre performance by staff
