Slow service. I completely get it. 4 stars accounts for the high quality customer service I received when I came in today to print out my wedding invitations.nService was attentive. Trial prints were made without a charge. I was lost for paper type, paper size and whatnot. The girl who helped me was very helpful. It took a while but she was very patient.nThe printer gets jammed and other things happen. Just being patient and the job will get done for you .
I’m giving 5 stars for the staff named Sandy. She’s been very helpful and she always serve with a smile. I could see she has a lot of patience dealing with customers.nShe’s still young. She could be a great store manager someday.

Had a horrible experience last week at the Liverpool Officeworks. The staff were patient and lovely, until I had to deal with the manager. He was condescending, and did not hear what I had to say at all. I tried to explain what I was after but he had no patience and did not offer any alternatives. I’ve been a loyal customer of OW for more than 25 years now, buying all my tech, electronics, and stationery here, but unfortunately I will not continue to support their business. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t have any people skills.
Placed an order at Officeworks Liverpool, on Weds 24/1. Received email that Order had to be split in two as 1x item was coming from warehouse.nWas notified that main order was ready on 24/1 and 2nd warehouse order would be ready on 25/1.nReceived email on 25/1 to say both orders were ready.nWent in store on 25/1 afternoon, lined up in main line to pick up order. Staff Member scanned my barcode and called through the walkie talkie that I was there to collect.n3 times the staff member had to call through, while myself and another customer waiting for his order waited. After 20 mins, no one had brought out our orders, so the staff member went himself to get them.nWhen he returned, he had the other customers order, but only the warehouse order of mine. My main order wasn't picked, the order invoice was sitting in the back. So, he apologised and said he would pick it for me.nWhat is the point of doing an online order, when you make customers wait 45 mins for their order. I literally couldve picked everything myself in less time than the time I was there waiting!nThe young staff member was fantastic, really helpful and apologetic.
