I was given advice by staff about the type of ink I should buy for my printer and it was incorrect. I had only opened the bag and not the ink seals. The customer service rep refused to exchange. That was $77 dollars and refused to listen explaining it’s our policy. What do I do with ink I cannot use. The response was I dunno. The store should look at the Officeworks refund policy because the policy allows an exchange of this type and does not exclude printer ink.nAfter I complained officeworks did listen to my concerns and the issue has now been resolved. This is what I was looking for. I have changed 1 star to 5 star. Thank you officeworks.
I visited officeworks at Lewisham this evening to purchase a docking station. I received help from Sujal and his service was outstanding. He knew his stuff, understood what I needed. The store did not have the product in stock and directed to me the Glebe branch. He took the time to give me directions on how to get there. His service and patience is greatly appreciated.
Really great customer service. I was here the morning of Friday, 26th January 2024 and needed to print a 500+page textbook. The gentleman who served me gave me an accurate waiting time, and when I returned he was kindly re-printing the text book free of charge for me as he thought he bound the wrong side of the book.nnI thanked him for the very generous offer, and reassured him that as it was an Arabic textbook, he had bound it the correct way to accomodate for the right to left, and we stopped the second print. I appreciated the automatic response of reprinting for free despite it being quite a large print job. Thank you Officeworks Lewisham!
If you need to get things printed, don’t waste your time honestly every time I go to this Officeworks there is some kind of issue. I don’t understand why they offer Printing services. They should remove that option.
School shopping today but we lost our new High School info booklet called Officeworks, polite staff but not found at time of call.nI went back a couple of hrs later, and it had been saved behind counter. A great relief, thanks friendly staff
