I had a disappointing experience with the staff during my recent visit. I approached two staff members for help and received unprofessional and dismissive responses. When I asked for a water bottle for kids, I was told, “It will be somewhere around here,” with no effort to assist further. Another staff member, KT, was equally unhelpful. When I inquired about a lock diary, she directed me to the right in aisle 6. After spending 10 minutes searching with no success, I returned to her, only to be told, “Looks like we don’t sell it anymore.”nnThe lack of professionalism and willingness to assist customers was frustrating. I hope management takes steps to address this and ensure staff provide better service in the future.
Bought a desk earlier from this branch and the staff member with vitiligo and glasses was very helpful sorry I didn't check his nametag. Disassembled the desk for us, discounted it because it was slightly damaged, and helped us load it into the car. I think they deserve some recognition for being so kind and helpful beyond what they really needed to be:
I recently had a disappointing bad experience with Officeworks regarding their advertised price guarantee. Despite clearly showing a lower price from Australian competitor, my request for a price match was rejected without reasonable explanation by the lady named Amber. She just replied that the manager does not want to match the price so she has to follow the protocol and looked away, showing I should leave. Bad attitude and service. She is not fit to be a manager.nIt's frustrating because the price guarantee is heavily promoted as a commitment to offering the best value, yet in practice, they do not honor it. As a loyal customer, I expected better transparency and support. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider shopping at Officeworks in the future.

I must express my great disappointment about my first visit to this shop. I just came to collect the stuff for my daughter, unable to answer the lady at the counter all her questions so I asked her to speak to my daughter on my phone. To my surprise, she refused to touch my phone saying that she doesn’t like to talk on someone else’s phone for heath issues while she can hand out stuff to her customers! To be able to collect my stuff, I put her on the loud speaker and got all her questions answered. I then request an apology. Both the lady and the two shop managers refused to do so. This is quite unacceptable and unprofessional. I’ll never come to this shop again.
