If you want to get ignored by staff, try 5 different self serve booths, to then still not get your photos printed, this is the place for you. None of the phone connection cables work, except one. Then it uploads every photo on your phone, before you can pick one. This takes forever. There’s a wireless option, first app wouldn’t connect at all. So staff asked me to try again, and if that didn’t work, to try a second app. Couldn’t upload all of the photos, so I had to upload them in batches. Some wouldn’t upload at all. It needed up taking over an hour, to get 13 of the 22 photos I wanted printed. I would do almost anything to avoid having to come back here. Rather than torturing people for information, I’d tell the secret service to send them to office works in North Ryde, with the task of printing off 20 photos. They’ll crack in no time.
I would recommend this store to anyone looking for great customer service. I speak with a young lady who answers the phone to me on several occasions and is so polite and very helpful. This young lady name unknown is a credit to this store. Thank you Anne Williamson.
I have been there twice or perhaps thrice and the service was impeccable. The best that I have witnessed ever in any shop. They cooperate and try to resolve your problem as much as they can. They consultations are excellent too. They have a happy patron !
Terrible service for photos - go somewhere, anywhere else. Self-serve technology doesn’t work and no staff are assigned to assist. Queue was ten people deep with a long wait, staff everywhere in the shop but were packing shelves instead of helping customers. Appalling.
Ordered online click and collect on Wednesday, with an ETA of Thursday. Thursday rolls around, no notification to collect. Friday rolls around, no notification to collect - called the store, no idea what is happening with order told to call back next week. Monday rolls around, no notification, called store, they have no idea where the order is or what the ETA is and told me to call their main number. Asked the staff member what their main number is so that I can contact them, and they couldn't even provide me that. Currently on hold on the main number for 20mins with no ETA on when someone will get to my call. What a joke of an inventory system as it was clearly not in stock. Their employees are clueless and can't provide updates or even contact numbers of their head office / call center to discuss further.
Worst experience ever!! Ordered a poster for Click and Collect from North Ryde about 3weeks ago. My order went to Epping Victoria store by mistake. They said that they will send it to the correct store. Didn’t hear from them for 3 weeks. Called the customer service on Monday which took 15mins to connect and they said they will reprint and send to the store. again. Nothing happened for a few days then I called them today and asked for refunds. Then I put another order for the same item, they called me from North Ryde that your poster is here now. After all these drama and almost a month of waiting for just a poster, finally I collected it and when I got home noticed that there is a massive damage on the side of it! This is very disappointing!!
Their team are excellent, working tirelessly and efficiently. Stuart and Mungo were Godsent to me this morning. I was laminating a placemat for my granddaughter. They were running out of gloss laminex. Just as when Mungo ran upstairs n downstairs n everywhere through their inventory to find one for me, Stuart suggested that he went to open up a new pack which would hv cost me a lot more while I would not know what to do with the balance. Eventually, the job was immaculately done. Thank you for this dedicated customer service and professionalism. They truly went an extra mile for their customers regardless of big or small dollar business. I am very happy and satisfied! It’s that little act of kindness that makes a customer happy. Wish other ppl could do that.
I was looking to buy a laptop and had a couple questions to ask prior to purchasing. The store was busy and i had to look for staff to assist. I spoke to 4 different staff and they could not help me. The tech expert was unavailable due to being in a meeting. After 40 minutes of hanging around i decided to leave empty handed.
We went just to purchase stationary for our daughter but found an awesome electrical height adjustable desk. I approached IZABELLA who was there at floor , and she checked for it , unfortunately wasn’t there in any of shelf’s. Looking at my request personally she reached out to her senior and made sure that would get it available - so wait of 20 min was worth as her dedication and hard work made this happen . And on top she was so humble that offered to help in getting it loaded to vehicle . Your each effort is Much appreciated!!! Hope you get rewarded for all your efforts and hard work !! Keep up good work and all the best !!
One of the larger Officeworks stores around with a lot of floor stock. The staff is generally helpful. The late night copy and print services saved the kid's assignment on one blackout event at home.
