Called a few times on different days to buy their printers in bulk but they never pick up their phone calls! I waited for more than 10 minutes...I thought I was the only one but seeing the low reviews here, I guess not! please pick up your phone calls!!!
Service not bad at all. I think they are busy and unable to provide help quick enough.
The worst Officeworks store. They never answer their phones. I was told they had an item in stock by another store. Came all the way from another part of Sydney to be told they don’t have if. They don’t even bother updating their store inventory nor answering their phones. I will never visit an Officeworks store again!
