According to your website the printer i wanted wasn't in stock anywhere, not even available online. First office works I walk into and it's sitting on the shelf. Would have been 5stars but minus 2 for poor website accuracy.
Very friendly and helpful staff especially the lady at the printing desk who laminated my maps. I didn't catch her name. But she was very nice. However the Laminate turned out to be not that good of quality. Gets air bubbles in it very easily.
Great staff and packs orders in a timely manner compared to experiences I've had at other stores. Just not enough parking and choas getting in and out of there.
Absolutely hopeless! We asked for a DL sized print out in a glossy white single sided finish. The lady was only capable of printing out A3 or A4 and said DL was not an option when we previously had done it before. It came out way too big at A4. She could not even shrink down to a near DL size.
Oxley Officeworks is an unpleasant experience. Staff are grumpy, reluctant to help you feel like you are bothering them and rude. Go to Milton Officeworks, they are a breath of fresh air.
