I brought 4 printer colours cartridges a few months ago and I lost my receipt. When I open up one of the cartridge it doesn’t match the one from my printer I started panicking. I went to office work Newcastle to sort it out. Is a relief the cashier was very helpful told me I lost my receipt is ok I have my bank statement record and office work had my receipt on their records. She then referred me to the Manager Zack. His very helpful and shown me a demonstration on the printer how to changed the toner is not that I bought the wrong toner is came in two parts. Manager Zack went an extra miles to help me out . Very good customer service and professional and the staffs are very friendly.
On a very busy day where the two people working in the print and copy are looked very stressed they were professional and fulfilled as many orders on the spot as they could. A shout out to Adam and Rachel because they always had a line of at least 5 people and were working for many people at once
I have just spent 40 minutes trying to get 3 photos printed. First the touch screens weren’t turned on. I pressed self serve, however that machine I was told after paying for order was not working. Then they said 15 minutes to print behind counter. It was 30 minutes. It’s unacceptable. The machines should be turned on “before” the doors are open. And perhaps notices put on the machines saying self serve is unavailable. I’ll travel the extra kms to go to Kotara next time. Also, young staff didn’t give a toss. 3 people said, as I was waiting that the customer service was terrible. I had to agree.
All items needed for work from home. Along with Moving home boxes of various sizes. Furnitures etc. I came here to buy printers.
Don’t ever, ever, ever, EVER use this store for Print and Copy services. There’s a reason why this store has so many bad reviews - I wish I read them before placing an order online. A next business day print for a photo print turned into a 6 day wait. The store never answers their phone, so I had to call their head office who advised me that the store hadn’t even picked up my order. In 2 minutes I was given a refund and an apology from their call centre. Save yourself the aggravation and go to the Kotara store instead.
Purchased office furniture and some items. Great service staff helped to load car. And were very professional. Thank you great work guys. Have a awesome Christmas.
Rochelle may have been having a bad day, but like most workplaces, you don’t take that out on customers. Talking down to us when she didn’t know how to spell Halifax, to then telling us to go get the ticket so she didn’t have to. Not a smile, not a thanks, not a have a nice day. The interaction felt like pulling teeth.
Never answers their phones! On 7 September, one of their Click and Collect signs was blown over in the wind and damaged my vehicles bodywork whilst I was calling for a collection, which funnily enough they didn’t answer!. Now they are avoiding my insurance companies phone calls and not accepting liability. This is affecting my ability to repair my vehicle. 3 weeks so far and it’s unacceptable! Not very good public relations by these guys. 19 Sep- Another day, another click and collect fail. You can’t even park in the Collection bays because the signs are blocking it. Poorly run store!
Special mention to Shayla. Extremely helpful. Very professional and knows the products well. In the printing area of the shop. Give her a promotion for great attitude and genuine helpfulness. Gets the job done. It’s a busy place being located in the city. Thank you
I was there this morning trying to print documents and the lady is not happy to be working this morning. She was all smiles whilst talking to her colleague but is very abrupt to me. I heard her saying she was working last night but definitely not right for customers to get attitude from her because of that. I worked in customer service for long years and I know that wasn’t the proper way to treat customers.
