Service is quite fast with three cashier outlets.
I'm at Officeworks to get supplies and get colored ink cartridges for my printer. I also bring the empty cartridges to Officeworks as they have recycled bins, also have more recycled bins for more goods. Officeworks has the latest technology products in the store . You can get office chairs and tables . Scanners, shredders, smart watches ⌚, fitness trackers, and more imported the Schools writing books and pencil and pens . They have amazing products at Officeworks come and see . Officeworks was founded in June 1994; the Headquarters is in Melbourne VIC Australia . Number of stores around Australia is 167 2022 Mort Street Braddon, this sight was many years ago a Motor Dealership in the middle 1950s to about the middle of 1990s. Well-known family the Cusacks comes to Canberra in 1927 and opened a furniture store at Kingston. In the 1950s a young Vale Greg Cusack 1930-2022, had the right to sell Volkswagen cars in Canberra , so started life in a motor dealership in Canberra. The family go to Greg Cusack Motor, and we get our first car the beetles and many more after this, before they stopped making the beetles Volkswagen. In the 1990s the block was rebuilt, and Officeworks opened the door at Braddon, they are over 28 years at Mort Street.
Rating is purely based off the customer service I received when dealing with Connor. He approached me immediately when I walked into the section of the items I was looking for and asked if I needed any help. He then gave me a brief rundown on the product I was searching for and what the best option would be. Definitely a great staff member who has a wide range of product knowledge.
Was in the store this morning trying to get the attention of a shop assistant. Scruffy male staff member was standing chatting loudly to female staff member and clearly thought using the f&$k word made him more interesting. While I and other shoppers waited for their attention trying to ignore his obscenity laden conversation. I had to ask a staff member at the cash register to assist me. Decided to buy the item elsewhere rather than support a store that employs staff who don’t assist customers and openly use foul language.
Have always had really good experiences with staff here even when the mistakes in the printing is from my end! Wanted to especially thank Anouk for her help tonight! She really took so much extra time to help me make my documents perfect! Thanks team!
maddi, damien and nisha were so incredibly helpful, i came in very panicked and confused as i needed something printed urgently and all my other plans fell through, they helped me with everything i needed and saved me alot of stress and worry. truly great employees i appreciate the kindness and knowledge so much

The service guys here are just horrible and useless!!!They don’t know how to speak with customers and show willingness to help. Na not visiting this store here again ever after and strongly recommend everyone to go at better places than this.
Print several things here. They just give me some of my copies, ask the print stuff for help, have a bad attitude, and even don't want to try to help.
I've come here a few times to get documents printed. The staff are just so lovely and help out with all my requests. I had to get a complicated thing printed on a Friday night and they were so lovely and patient.
