Such a great team working at this officeworks branch. Sofia went above and beyond to get my documents scanned and printed. I would highly recommend people to visit this branch to get their work done. Speedy plus excellent customer service.
Really good customer service. Bought apple's USB C to AUX adapter and manager refunded the money because olthe adapter had really low volume.
Awesome click and collect service. Always ready that day and so efficient. The guys at the front are all over it. Been there 4 times for click and collect and they’ve nailed it all the time and come straight to you as you park. Minimal waiting and very organized. Probably one of the most efficient click and collect systems. Peace
The service at the Preston store was fantastic. Staff member Marcel went above and beyond to assist me, and was really friendly and knowledgeable 10/5 stars. There is also plenty of parking at this store and the prices are usually very good.
Great service by team member nick who helped talk me through what cables I needed to buy for my old computer to connect to my monitor when I had no clue.
Is there a reason why they never answer the phone when you call? I think this is one of the most inefficient businesses ever on the phone and in store and they are making sooooo much money.
They closed at 5pm on the 31st Dec NYE, even though the officeworks Preston website, and google specifies 6pm closing. Drove from SE. Happy new year!

Not enforcing the qr code contract trace. Staff helpful but not aware of qr code at front door...
