So friendly and helpful. It's also a lot quieter than most other stores. I travel the extra time to come here instead of the closer South Yarra one which is an absolute joke.
Pathetic service, they never pick up the phone. I had cancelled my delivery order 2 weeks ago, still waiting for my refund to be processed. Called customer care 5 times, even the customer care representative was able to connect to the store as no one was picking up the phone.
asked for a price beat for a product that was clearly cheaper on mobilecity and otger places, wasted half an hour of my time and ended up leaving without the product. way to go! useless.
I cannot recommend this store. Staff are rude and unhelpful. They seem to lack even the most basic knowledge when it comes to electronic.
Hi, I came to Elsternwick store yesterday, and it was really very busy. But Maria helped me wonderfully. As I wanted to create a photobook for my daughter and she helped me and explained me how to set up a photobook. Amazing service provided by Maria. Thanks
Lot's of staff hanging around aisles chatting and only two people working on the counter. 20+ minutes wait just to pay!
25¢ to scan an A4 page, compared to 8¢ to print one! An absolute rip off and shows zero appreciation of the environmental cost of printing. Do yourself a favour and go to the local library, you can scan for free there.
