The click and collect experience was mostly fine. Officeworks did send a very confusing series of emails about different items being couriered in from different stores so it wasn’t clear when the entire shipment had actually arrived.nnThe missing 3 stars us for the massive traffic jam to get out of their terrible parking system.
I came in today to get some printing done and the lovely lady behind the print counter was so very helpful. she really saveed me from alot of stress. however I had major issue getting into the car park.nMy credit card would not scan at the entry so I attempted to use my debit card. This was rejected so I pushed the help button and spoken to like im an idiot. i repeatedly tried to explain to the faceless machine what had happened but was constantly spoken over and told to just try again, try another card. In the end I had five cars behind me and was causing a traffic jam onto Arundle st.This was very stressful and it make me second guess coming back to the store.
The instore Officeworks experience is outdated, it only works if there is stock on the floor, otherwise you will be directed to another location. My next available location they offered me was Canberra I was in the Glebe store. Asked if they could ship the product interstore was an impossibility. I didnt have any online option available either. This was after being told that stock was available, totally ridiculous.nAs we now staff are generally nice but there are serious flaws in how the meet with customer expectations, you would expect to have the the commitment from the Officeworks company not just what's at your local store. Total bs ,back to JBHIFi for me.
Had great experience early this morning, great staff. In particular Asif who helped me locate numerous products and then helped me get a heavy item to my car, he was polite and efficient.nInfortunately...nHaving to give credit card details for free parking sucks and will avoid from now on .. shame.
Thank you so much to Styx at office works, Glebe who went above and beyond with my printing needs today. Exceptional customer service, the best service I’ve ever seen at an office works print center. Thank you so much, I really appreciate it.
