Very very helpful, took home a new laptop which never happens being so indecisive. Ivan took the time to explained to clearly and compare for me different specs & the laptop itself ended up being $300 less expensive than any other store.nnSurprised to see other reviews but I'm assuming this store is under better management now.
So if you can get into the actual officeworks car park AND navigate all the no through roads in garden city and now have to park at the houses on the otherside if the main road the you are WINNING. This is by far the worst place iv ever been. I cried, I spent two hours trying to get to officeworks, I fort with my partner. We almost left and cancelled the click and collect. Then we parked at the units out front the cop shop and dodged traffic for our lives and FINALLY made it. Just to collect a water cooler we didn't need and wish we never ordered because of the chaos. Why no driveway off the main road into officeworks? Why were we told there was even a sign pointing where to drive when we spent two hours and almost had to pay for being inside garden city car park ? WHERE WAS THE SIGN THE LADY CLAIMED WAS THERE. ARE WE JUST STUPID?
Came here recently to buy a laptop and Hugo was a great help pretty sure that was his name. Very well informed and taught us everything we needed to know to make the best purchase for what I needed. Thanks for taking time to serve us like that.
The store has always been really kind to us, especially all the employees who are more than helpful. If I have to babe someone it’s definitely David who is part of the Peint and Copy team. Keep it going
