Santa got my 8 year old daughter a Fuji mini camera. Today my daughter asked for more film. So I told my husband to go to the place where I purchased the camera for more film. On Boxing Day there was no staff to assist them. They looked around and waited. There was no staff to assist him. He did his best and got film after my daughter got impatient. In the car, my 8 year old daughter excitedly opened the film and it was the wrong one. My husband went back and he was given a rude response. Basically your problem and what do you expect! We could have purchase the film in tons of different places but we were loyal. Treat your customers with more respect and dignity! From today i will not be loyal and go somewhere else with better service. So now on Boxing Day I’m dealing with an 8 year girl that is frustrated and disappointed and we out of pocket for film because there was no staff to assist and untrained staff on Boxing Day. Thank you office work Fremantle. By the way, I work in retail and I worked today. This is unacceptable to treat people like this especially parents that brought camera there. Train your staff and have more staff on the floor to assist!!! Unacceptable!!!
Very disappointed in the service here. Son purchased bluetooth headphones. Brought them home and reailsed they are poor quality and do not work well for his system. We went to return them within 2 hours and store would not return them. There was no indication that they were not returnable. Will be taking business elsewhere.
Went in here to grab some office supplies today for my small business and found it had everything I needed. Was served by Isabella who was super knowledgeable and was able to find the things I needed. Will be coming back - highly recommended.
Okay stock, mostly only have the more expensive and latest and high quality versions of items, if you just want something that will get the job done at a decent level for a reasonable price like me don’t come here… maybe an electronics store would suit you better… otherwise chill place to hang out and browse..
Despite stock cards indicating many SD cards are in stock, this store consistently only has actual stock of the more expensive models. This is bait and switch tactic. Management confirmed this is a requirement, they are supposed to offer to order the item in for you. This has happened 4 times now at this Officeworks, each time our business needs to pick up a card in a hurry. If we wanted to order these in we wouldn't bother driving to your store.
