Absolutely love the hardworking ladies at the printing station! They are incredibly helpful and patient, always going above and beyond. It must be so tough handling all the diverse needs of customers, and I feel they don't get the recognition they truly deserve. Just wanted to let them know how much they are appreciated. Such a one stop shop. With such big aisles and fully stocked shelves it’s very easy to find what you’re looking for because there are also signs above stating what is in each aisle. There are plenty of staff around who know where to locate things, a large range of tables desks and chairs. The photo and printing area are large and quite busy. It seems like all the latest technology is available. The lady that served us was very friendly. Unfortunately my gift voucher of two years had just expired but now they have extended them for three years but was to know availability for half.
The staff in the printing and copying section are great. I am an old baby boomer which must be their worse nightmare. But every time there is a smile and much help.
Went in to get some printing done back in January. I was helped by a young staff member named Steph in the copy & print department, and she was incredibly helpful!nnI needed to organise a sign for a Hens day, and I wasn’t sure what size/resolution to print to ensure quality wouldn’t be lost.nnSteph was amazing, and even with all my questions and a distracted mind, she was able to guide me to what ended up being the best advice.nnThe print looked amazing, and the now bride was so happy with the sign.nnMy only regret is not asking for the print to not be rolled up on Collection. However, I was able to easily straighten out the print and use double sided tape to stick the poster onto the canvas I bought for the print…again, this was Steph’s idea - amazing customer service!
