I have tried the phone contact details for your Fairy Meadow store and customer contact number online. I have not been able to speak to anyone in store during office hours? This is really poor customer service. I have left a message online regarding a product enquiry/order. I guess I just wait for a response?
I have used office works print services and self printing numerous times over the past 12 months, everytime I have come in the print kiosk is overwhelmed with work, today most self serve printers are down. It’s quite obvious there needs to be more staff on in this department. I’m yet to have a pleasant experience here.
Those who helped me today were so amazing because I had travelled for ages to get there. The girl and the guy at the back showed me how to put print cartridges into my printer and which ones to buy and the girl at the front counter went out of her way to help me get the best pens exactly the ones I wanted. I will definitely go there again. God bless you all xxx
The printing service....three machines later and when I advised they had issues there was little concern. Staff member stated they have had problem with the machine I was using. This failed to print my documents, took money though! Immediately after informed staff the printer did not work I advised another gentleman of said issues with machine he was about to print from. You would think that staff would 1. Take notice of issue. 2. Test machine to try to resolve issue. 3. Warn others of issue or common sense would dictate put a sign on to say it doesn't work. This is not my first printer rodeo at the store. Multiple times attended with multiple issues. Simple fix, happy customer and no negative review. Oh, the rating of the store does suggest a few 'issues' which they should look a little closer at!
Racist people work here, at Officeworks Fairy meadow. I raised a formal complaint about the customer service worked here who refused to serve me after i waited for almost 25 minutes on a line just because i am Asian, no response received from you! Attention Officeworks head office! Better you do a proper recruitment process by uphold and teach your employees of a good code of conduct on how to provide better experience to their customers and establish a good service standard to all of your customers regardless of age, race and religions!
