A big shout out to Joe and Talia from Printing!nThey made the whole process for my daughter so easy. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond by reprinting her Poster for us. We truly appreciate their excellent customer service and support. Highly recommended!
Terrible print services, was told today by a chubby man with grey hair and a beard that he can't keep serving me all day and I have to hurry up - sorry? i came to you with my business to print an item and because you were trying to serve multiple people at once it is my problem that your store is busy.nnI think the man needs to work on being nicer to people.nnSince I came to the service desk after the print services printed ink lines over my images I needed your support not your attitude problem.
Terrible experience. Blonde lady in her 30s that works there at the desk for the printers was so rude to me when i was just standing there waiting. She finally looked up at me after 3 minutes of me standing there at her counter and said “i’m actually serving someone” abruptly and sarcastically rolling her eyes. I just had to walk out because no one was around to help me and felt so upset after she had spoken to me so rudely, all I wanted was a pair of earphones and for someone to help me pick out ones that would fit into my computer.
I have an event on Sunday 31st week before that or a week and a half I went to the store asked if they can print stickers the lady said yes but it’s better to order it online because you can select the template. Went home ordered it there received no confirmation no email nothing after 3 days trying to track it. It said confirmed but not processed or shipped called the store who told me oh sorry this is a third party thing and might take 2 weeks now has this been said to me in the store I would have printed it there but the person who was suggesting stuff for me didn’t say anything now the lady on the call forwarded me to the customer service team and that one is the worst I was on wait for 2 hours finally someone picked up then hanged up called again another person answered to tell me sorry basically I can’t do anything cause it’s been shipped and it can arrive anytime from now till next week. Offcourse next week it won’t be useful. It costs $150 to order this thing still don’t have a valid tracking number and what a waste of of time to be on hold for 2 hours to be told sorry you basically wasted your money
I love coming here to get my artworks photocopied. I went here today to get some works photocopied and the girl serving me was super lovely and helpful. Very happy with how vibrant the photocopies looked as I was pleasantly surprised at how well the colour translated to the photocopy versions. Will be coming here again to print off more works very soon
