Extremely poor fulfilment and communication experience with this Officeworks order.nnI purchased a MacBook for store pickup and received an incorrect item JBL headphones due to a fulfilment error. I was told a replacement MacBook would be arranged and available for collection by Monday.nnThat replacement was never delivered or properly confirmed. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no tracking information, no clear update, and staff were unable to confirm where the order actually was. The system continued to show incorrect or inconsistent information.nnEven when the EXACTLY IDENTICAL MacBook was physically in stock at the store, I was told it could not be released unless I repurchased it, despite already having paid for the item. This created an unnecessary and avoidable loop where the customer is left without the product or a clear resolution.nnOverall, the process showed serious issues in fulfilment accuracy, internal tracking, and customer communication. The resolution was not handled in a transparent or timely way, and I had to repeatedly chase updates for a product that had already been paid for.nnThis experience was frustrating and not what I would expect from a major retailer and such expensive product.
I've had great experiences most times I visit. Staff are welcoming and willing to help. Return of item was dealt with easily. Good selection of products from stationery, bags, software, phones to furniture. Photo prints, book binding and enlargement to posters are also available. Aisles are clean and neatly organised.
I got served by a beautiful young lady, her name was Eva. Just a bundle of joy!! Definitely will be coming back, such lovely workers and environment
Print shop needs more staff.nSick to death of wasting up to half an hour to be served only to be told I have to wait another 2-3 days to get job done.nTime to lift your game.
Amazing service. I bought a new phone and phone case there and all the staff were wonderful. Lesly and Bella were very helpful when I was looking for a new phone. 10/10 service
