Just renewing my last negative review from a few months ago! Obviously my last comments had no impact on this store, as I had to visit the shop re; an availability issue.Still no signage at the till as to queue on the left for printing and right for all other sales. So I’m in the left queue and every customer behind me is like, are you been served Sir? Where there should have been a sign at the desk was a dirty old sticky tape residue mark. And the irony is- it’s a print shop, signage would be about the easiest job they could do, Slow staff that look like they really don’t want to be there, The management should be fired. Sloppy shop
Can I just recommend this Officeworks. On Monday, I needed help as I was left short during a facilitation of a 3 day workshop. The team went out of their way, ran around for me and found the the items that would help me out. It takes a special team that listens, helps to find the support that you need and makes the experience wonderful. Thank you Maria and team
My car sustained significant damage in a hit-and-run incident while parked in the Officeworks car park.nAs the property owner, it would be great if Officeworks could install cameras facing their car park to ensure better security and accountability for their customers. Unfortunately, I was informed that no cameras are currently in place.nI’m deeply disappointed by the lack of support provided by the store to its customers for incidents that occur on their premises. I believe businesses should take more responsibility in ensuring a safe environment for their patrons.
I've had great experiences most times I visit. Staff are welcoming and willing to help. Return of item was dealt with easily. Good selection of products from stationery, bags, software, phones to furniture. Photo prints, book binding and enlargement to posters are also available. Aisles are clean and neatly organised.
Margaret, Caren and Maria were the people who helped me today. They were friendly and helpful, able to answer our questions with no problem. Caren offered my little toddler a stamp on his hand and made his day.nAlways have a good experience at Officeworks Bunbury, would recommend.
