Six staff members were in the store, but only two were serving customers. I asked a tall staff member wearing a hat for help finding school supplies. He told me he was unable to help me find things and that I should look in the shop's book to find them myself.nother ladys more help when I askednwhats the point moving stuff around shop not helping the customers
R visited Officeworks Bunbury and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members, Kayle. When I asked for assistance, I felt that my questions weren’t fully listened to, and the support I received came across as rushed and unhelpful. I left the store feeling frustrated and without a clear solution to my issue. I hope the team can improve their customer service approach so future customers have a smoother and more positive experience. Needs new management or at least train him…..nPositive note the younger ones always do their best and I’m always greeted with a smile from them
Just been in spent $2000 on a new computer my husband was standing out the way with our little service dog in his arms it is way way to hot for them both to stay in car . Did not once put her on the floor inside the shop i was helped with my selection by a staff member who said nothing about the dog when i went to pay the girl serving me counted the cash i gave her 3 times then got this other guy to count it and he said dog was not allowed in even in my husbands arms she has been in there many times and nothing said to is we were made to feel terrible he said it is because people may have allergies. I was disappointed in my $2000 purchase . Do better officeworks Bunbury .
Had a really positive experience with printing off many different cards and photos today. Special mention to Caren who was unbelievably helpful and patient helping me as I decided what I wanted. Great advice and helpful tips from Caren as well - thanks heaps!
I've had great experiences most times I visit. Staff are welcoming and willing to help. Return of item was dealt with easily. Good selection of products from stationery, bags, software, phones to furniture. Photo prints, book binding and enlargement to posters are also available. Aisles are clean and neatly organised.
