Really frustrated with the printing system. Wouldn’t let me print without a usb, as it said my file was too large to email. The costumer service was not helpful at all but one text to my friend and he compressed the file for me in two minutes. Need to work on a better system and customer service. The products however are good and I recently printed a photo book though it came later than said was good quality.
Will is absolutely great at his job. Helped me with printing photos and genuinely cared. We need more customer service representatives like him. Amazing human being. He needs to be in management with his care skills and attention to details. Great job Will.
Has all the stationery you could want and also printers etc. Competitive prices. Also has coloured pencils but you will need a larger sharpener. Has fineliners. Staff generally helpful.
We don’t usually leave one-star reviews, but today’s experience at Officeworks Bondi Junction was truly disappointing. We went in simply seeking some advice about Wi-Fi and modems and were initially directed by the manager to a staff member for help.nnUnfortunately, the staff member told us he couldn’t answer our questions because he was “only paid $18 an hour.” We were left stunned — not the kind of service or professionalism we’d expect from a national retailer like Officeworks.nnThe manager was polite when we raised it, but the encounter left a really poor impression. We hope management takes this as an opportunity to train staff properly in customer service and respect.
Most Officeworks are bad when it comes to printing and customer service, but this one takes the cake. Despite ordering and paying for printing products, the staff will literally say they can't tell you whether or not they're ready and how long it will be - some staff will even pretend they can't find the order as an excuse for not engaging with the customer. Find a different place to get your printing done
