Tried to buy a desk, just couldn’t locate where to pick up the one I wanted. 30 minutes later and after asking three different team members who were utterly disinterested - I left. Shocking store, filthy, untidy and an absolute trip hazard.
Visited the store to buy a printer, after tripping over unpacking materials twice, and walking around until someone noticed I needed attention, I bought that printer,the assistant,was so disinterested and ready to go back to store duties, he forgot to sell me paper. Great if you know exactly what you need, terrible if you need any help at all.
Really frustrated with the printing system. Wouldn’t let me print without a usb, as it said my file was too large to email. The costumer service was not helpful at all but one text to my friend and he compressed the file for me in two minutes. Need to work on a better system and customer service. The products however are good and I recently printed a photo book though it came later than said was good quality.
I picked up an item that ended up costing more than I expected, so I mentioned it to the cashier. She asked me to walk all the way to the back of the store to take a photo of the price label. When I returned, she continued serving other customers and didn’t acknowledge that I was waiting again.nnAfter I finally showed her the photo, she said the item must have been placed in the wrong area—which I understand can happen—but she didn’t apologise or make any effort to resolve the situation. I also let her know that multiple items were in the wrong place, and all she said was, “Okay, I don’t know why,” and left it at that.nnVisited store at 13.30ish served by young Asian woman
Will is absolutely great at his job. Helped me with printing photos and genuinely cared. We need more customer service representatives like him. Amazing human being. He needs to be in management with his care skills and attention to details. Great job Will.
