Located at easily accessible place in Charlotte street. Visited to get my license renewed. No wait. Lady who served me was quite helpful and polite. It took me few minutes to get my process done.
I do my business personally with fair trading because I live near the city,, they always deal with me fast and efficiently, the staff are always polite too..
Complete waste of time. Would give zero stars if I could.I think this organisation is a complete waste of tax payers money. They need to be able to have more powers to help the consumer or stop wasting peoples time. They are no help at all.
