I have previously been to Off Ya Tree for a nose piercing which didn't go as desired, so I let it heal and revisited today. I told the piercer my previous experience and he explained why my infection happened and how he would do it differently. I got my nose and my third lobe piercings done. 10/10 experience with the piercer, he was super calm, kept telling me i was "doing so good" , very professional and mix matched some jewellery optimal for my piercings. 10/10 all round.Services:&nbsp;Nose piercing

Despite being very obviously busy and under the pump the staff took their time to explain what types of cartilage piercings I could/couldn't have with my ear shape. The guy who gave me my 3 piercings was efficient and friendly- put me at ease and the procedure was quick and not very painful! I wish I got the guys name but thank you I love my new piercings! -Maddy

Off ya tree was absolutely amazing, my daughter had her ears pierced some where else and they had become infected because of the earring used and at Off ya tree they helped to repair the problem and were fantastic they explained the earrings that she needed and cleaned it up whilst keeping her very comfortable. Went in today to get my very first piercing and I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience. Having read several of the other reviews I would like to note that the communication style of the staff in store is very informal, more like talking to your mates. I like this style of communication, but I feel others are taking it in the wrong way as being rude.  I went in with less research than I should have done. I was shown some images containing different types of piercings and recommended what I should get first.  I had to wait a while as there were other people ahead of me, but I felt quite welcome in the store while I waited.  The actual piercing process I was most impressed with. The piercer marked the spot the piercing would go on my ear and got me to make sure I was happy with it in the mirror. Once he was sure I was happy the process of being pierced and the jewellery put in took what I would say was less than a minute and I experienced the same amount of pain as during a blood test. When they’re good they’re good, when they’re bad… yikes. Some of the staff are lovely but unfortunately I’ve had way more experiences here with rude staff who clearly do not want to be there and want to make it everyone’s problem. Honestly a hit-or-miss, my previous piercer at this place was really nice and professional 2 helix and 2 lobes on both ears, 1st pic. I felt minimal pain throughout the whole proceture, no blood and was very happy afterwards until I realised one of the helix is a lower than I wanted no prob, it was rush hour, and I'm a perfectionist so not really her fault.  However, the lady that re-pierced my ear see lower helix in 2nd pic was just honestly the worst. At one point, I was just twitching on the piercing bed in pain while she attempted to close my daith earring for like 5 minutes . .  Afterwards, when I realised the helix she pierced is way too close to my existing one and asked her about it, she tried to blame it on me for requesting "symmetrical helix piercings like the one in my other ear. If she wasn't sure what I meant she should have asked again, as I've already told her I'm re-piercing because I didn't like the how low the previous one was? Why would I want them to be so close together just to be  "even with my other lower helix"?? And then she tried to pull the "your ears are not the same anyways" bs which just made me so angry I thanked her and walked straight out . .  I ended up cleaning the blood from my piercings and removing the helix she pierced at home.  TLDR: Hit-or-miss place. Okay if you're in for a single piercing or don't mind getting re-pierced, but I'd recommend Opal Hearts very understanding and professional over Off Ya Tree to anyone I know.

Took my girlfriend here to have her nipples pierced. She wasnt impressed with the pain but  now she loves the piercings. Great shop, full of a bit of everything, clothes, jewellery, everything. Friendly knowledgeable staff and also great deals from time to time.

Always had great experiences with off ya tree. They've done all of my piercings and never had any issues. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The piercers are amazing, very patient, especially the chick with the tatts and piercings that did mine, honestly the best of the best. Highly recommend.

Don’t Recommend…  The customer service was good but our piercings pubic & horizontal hood not so much. His was completely off centre and so crooked. It also looked like the wrong size bar was put in. Hers was supposed to have been a horizontal hood but looks like it’s between a vertical and a horizontal. I don’t understand how you could get it so wrong!! So disappointed and do not recommend Off Ya Tree Perth City at all. Not worth the money we paid.  Update.. 29/11/22  The owner contacted me and asked not long after review for dates, photos and description, which I provided. I haven’t heard back from Off Ya Tree since. I did send 2 follow up emails but still got no response. Poor form Off Ya Tree! Your customer service just took a nose dive and is as bad as the piercings we received. I would’ve been happy with a ‘sorry that you’re not happy’ reply but to get nothing? Not cool. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
