Only place I could get to on short notice and will never go back no matter how desperately I need my nails done. Got here and took their time to start my nails, was sitting there for a good 20-25 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. She wasn’t rough with my nails but very much rushing and I currently have marks and dents on my nails. She did them and put them on the fan then left. I was sitting there for probably about 30 minutes with no one making even eye contact with me and the lady that did mine had gone to the back group leaving me without saying a word. I finally went over to one of the workers as I had somewhere to be and spoke to them on how I was just left there with no explanation or attention and she checked my nails and just said I could leave. This place doesn’t even deserve my 1 star. There was low communication and low customer service. I highly recommend not wasting your money here.Service:&nbsp;Manicure

Rudest staff, I couldn't handle the glaring as I wanted shellac. Recently had my nails with SNS.. I would've had them removed for a better look but the way she snapped at me and the way the owner demanded "you pick colour yet???!!!" I had to leave. Pretty upsetting experience. This is why I don't get my nails done in Pakenham. Absolutely disgusted at the poor service. Nobody pays to get yelled at. Zero stars if I could even put it through.

I got a full set of acrylic nails done here about a week ago now. I opted for normal nail polish and asked to have 4 nails per hand to have a matte finish on them. They told me it would take an hour for my nails to dry and it took over 2 hours! One hand I have smudges on every nail. Also the nails that are supposed to be a matte finish have become shiny and not matte anymore. I won’t be returning to this nail salon and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I know.Service:&nbsp;Manicure

My daughter loved her nails. Couldn't quite tell if the technician was talking to herself, someone on a phone i couldnt see, or my daughter.... but odyssey nails definitely know what they're doing

I had waxing done on my lip and eyebrows. After waxing my eyebrows she put the wax on my lip and it was too hot. I told the lady that it was very hot but she continued to apply the wax. After a few hours my lip was red and stinging. I have a 2nd degree burn on my upper lip. I went back the next day to see if they would compensate and the man who was the owner was refusing to give me a refund or a discount on my nail service that I was going to get the next day. All he said was accidents happen. I demanded to be given a refund on my entire waxing service $18 at least. He gets the money out and slapped it in my hand and told me not to come back again. He said this to me twice and when I questioned him about it he denied he said that. Funny that they burn my face and I get asked not to come back because I asked for a refund. If the owner wasn’t a acting like a you know what I would have continued to have my nail services there but after the comments he made, i won’t be returning, nor will any of my friends. Absolutely disgusted.

Had a full set of acrylics done, within 3 days 2 popped off. Went back for a repair on both and was charged $10. Within another few days another 2 popped off. Before I was due for a refill I’d lost nearly all of them. didn’t even get back for a refill. Would strongly suggest you go elsewhere!Service:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

Had SNS with tip and kept them short because I have young children. My SNS started coming off after 1 week which was very surprising for me because I never had SNS come off after 1 week at other nail salons. I’m very disappointed because I paid $60 for some that lasted for a week.Service:&nbsp;Dip powder

Book an appointment with them, was given colour choices quite quick but seemed their staff went on breaks with a few people waiting. Was left waiting almost an hour without being seen. I’m sure their work is alright but I wouldn’t recommend unless you have time to spare.

I've had my nails done here about 4 time and each time has not been to a high or even good standard. I got a set done today that was not shaped properly and rushed. The end result was bulbus and uneven. The man was super rough with mine and my friends fingers and was obviously rushing and careless. As well as this the place was very unhygienic and had me questioning their standards. Not to mention their time management where people including myself had to wait long amounts of time after their booking time.  This is my last time going here and I just hope people choose a better place than this.
