Absolutely outstanding clinic! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. The doctors take the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and genuinely show compassion and expertise. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and very well organised — you can tell they really care about their patients’ experience. I couldn’t recommend this clinic highly enough. It’s rare to find such a combination of kindness, professionalism, and quality care. All of the staff deserve an outstanding review, but if I have to pick one it would be nurse Stephanie....what a star!

Dr Roberts was amazing....she listens very well, is gentle and caring.nI will be making my follow up appointments with her from now on.nThe clinic staff were very nice, with fast friendly service.  Could not fault them.nnDr John O'Connor is a wonderful, quick and very thorough doctor, with perfect listening skills, and a lovely Irish accent too.

After moving from the city I’d been busy and delayed finding a new doctor so read as much as I could about local options. Initially I made an appointment elsewhere but next morning after visiting this centre in person I found the whole process much smoother, hospitable & helpful so cancelled the previously made appointment which had a weeks wait & it was only 3 days later I was seen by Dr Cheema for a long appointment which went extremely well.nI was able to have tests straight after at  QML in the same building then collect some meds at the chemist next to the reception. Making a short follow up appointment Friday this week to discuss QML tests was simple & so I left extremely pleased that after a difficult few months following an exhausting relocation and losing my elderly mum who I’d cared for under pressure in recent years things were feeling back on track having found a supportive team under one roof. I can now take a much delayed 12 day holiday next week having lined up my health card needs going forward.

First time patient today and I’m blown away. Colleen at the front desk deserves a raise and a holiday, I’m so used to rude, attitude ridden medical receptionists but Colleen was fabulous and accommodating.nI needed an ear wax extraction and nurse/dr Aaron was highly professional and friendly.nWould highly recommend.

We were directed by our GP to head here to remove a blockage from my daughter’s ear. From the moment we arrived we were treated with such care and professionalism by everyone- it was amazing! Thankyou!
