This is the best medical centre I have ever been to. The doctor, nurses and reception staff were fantastic. Worth every cent of their fee!!! Such a fantastic facility. The care I received was second to none. We are so lucky to have this in our local area

If you're an international student, don't go here. Even though it shows up on the OSHC network, the insurance barely even begins to cover the costs of going here. Friendly staff, really great doctors, but not worth the extra $900 out of pocket costs.

I've been a patient since the practice opened. I got told today that they no longer allow bulk billing for USC students. I feel this is bordering on discrimination. If the they don't want USC students they should reconsider their location.

I was extremely ill a few months ago and was travelling home from work sick when I started having trouble breathing. I happened to be driving past Ochre Health Medical Centre and I stopped in and asked for help. They took care of me straight away. The nurses were wonderful and the doctor who saw me was so lovely. It is a fantastic Clinic.

The doctors' are lovely, but the reception staff are always so rude. I am often very nervous going to the doctors... reception staff are very unhelpful and inconsiderate. Expect to wait over 2 hours if you book here
