I absolutely recommend this place because their service is simply outstanding!!! First off, Olivia and Harry at the front are so friendly and helpful with such positive attitudes. Then there's Dr. Melisa—she's just wonderful! So kind and approachable. Plus, the facilities are clean, spacious, and super easy to access, with the urgent clinic and TerryWhite chemist right next door. Can't say enough good things!
We have found Ochre Medical Centre in Sippy Downs to have lovely, friendly staff with little wait to see doctors for routine, emergency or annual check ups. My husband and I returned to Queensland after 10 years overseas and each found a GP quickly that we are very happy with. In addition, parking is never a problem and there is an onsite chemist and imaging facility.
I recommend Ochre Sippy Downs to anyone looking for a new GP. The staff are so incredibly helpful and welcoming. The walk-in clinic staff are amaaaaazing. And Dr. Melissa Ng is hands down the best doctor I have even seen. She is so kind and understanding and really listens to your concerns and works WITH you to find a solution.
The last month I've been running around trying to understand and get a resolution to a medical problem and saw two doctors during that time. Aaron was the first one to provide a clear answer and explanations to what was happening and provided a solution, and I was not rushed in the process so I could ask questions.nnTop tier bloke, will be back if any other issue appear.
As always with this particular practice, the medical service & care is excellent.nnHowever, the Hotdoc app is an absolute pain in the backside. Constantly sending me text messages even after the appointment has been completed.
