Ochre managed to fit my toddler in last minute with a Dr who doesn’t take new patients but made room to see us. For a one off visit, the staff were all lovely. I would see the Dr again if he was open to new patients

I followed Dr Duddridge to this practice and saw him today. He was excellent as usual. The premises are  bright and modern and the staff very pleasant. The Ochre hub has x-ray, pathology and pharmacy on site which is very handy.

Since the change to a large practice it has no welcoming or warmth about it. I saw a different dr to my usual GP due to the wait times and was treated quite rudely from the minute he walked in to the room. He was very abrupt and uninterested. Called to check on results following tests and was told to make another appt to check them - another $88 for 2 mins in the GP’s room to be treated like that - no thanks. Definitely lacking in service for a health professional service.

Rang to make an appointment for my daughter who was feeling unwell. I explained she had a headache for several days but no flu like symptoms. Extremely rude receptionist said they wouldn’t take anyone that might have Covid which she doesn’t!. So much for doctors code of conduct.

I followed my doctor from another practice because he is so thorough and caring. The administration staff are friendly, helpful and professional when you arrive and leave the practice.

Brilliant service. Got in with short notice.  Saw a thorough, caring and knowledgeable doctor. Didn't have to wait for hours.  It was wonderful.

It was my first time at this medical centre today and I was so incredibly impressed. The ladies at the front counter were helpful and polite in their manner with all customers.  There was a minimal wait to see the doctor and I felt that the doctor I saw listened to my history, was very thorough in his questions and discussions and was very helpful in all aspects of our discussion.  The centre itself is modern, fresh and clean with easy parking and it’s amazing to have the additional facilities available in the Health Hub.

This was the first time I attended this medical centre and found all the staff to be welcoming. Dr Pathmaperuma was very helpful and I felt comfortable talking to him

Receptionists are always helpful. Dr Thomas is amazing ,spends time, listens and is really thorough . I have been seeing her for over 10 years
