Hi Lady served us yesterday 1pm for check in apt 8 said apt is in phillip island apartment but it is oceanic apt opp to woolworths cowes. Called night manager at duty and he told us that its in oceanic. We lifted heavy bags with us and child . No lift. Very bad experience. Aircon in room of apt 8 at oceanic very noisy during night. No aircon in other room. Very poor service. very smelly room like wet smell. poor not good.

Nice apartments. Just some noise all night from some fan in our apartment we couldn't quite locate. Could be Aircon on reverse cycle in apartment above

Nice and comfy, well furnished and great facilities. Enjoyed the 3 night stay.

Lovely accommodation, everything you need for utensils and appliances, very roomy. Walking distance to the shops and the beach. We would stay again and recommend to anyone who is travelling to Phillip Island.
