Great value for the massive meat platter at $59 but chicken and lamb were dry. Ribs and pork belly were well seasoned. Both creamy sauces tasted the same. Would come back again, but not for the meat platter
Oceanic Bar + Grill in Mandurah is a must-visit It’s our favorite lunch spot whenever we pass through. Today, we indulged in the burger platter featuring two beef burgers, two chicken burgers, loaded fries, and onion rings—all for just $45! We also added fried chicken wings with blue cheese sauce. The meals were not only tasty but also fantastic value for money. Check out their instagram page for more offers.nnThe atmosphere was vibrant, with many families enjoying their meals during the school holidays. Plus, the restaurant is wheelchair-friendly, with flat decking and accessible threshold ramps. Highly recommend!
Oceanic Bar + Grill is situated nicely & I love the lively setting. Quick efficient service from the staff.nnThe food however isn’t the best, not bad but it could be better. While I appreciate the speed of the service, I unfortunately don’t appreciate preparation to the food.nnThe Sizzling Seafood Platter: Squid & Fish that I received was quite rubbery to the bite & the hot butter served on the hot plate is flooded w/ water which is unappealing. Unsure what steaming method was used but it definitely did not yield a good result; presentation & texture wise.nnParmi & Calamari tasted alright. Drinks were quite nice. Seafood Platter was dissatisfying.nnI do think management could maintain the facility better as certain spot are completely dim and the other is well lit. Tables look clean but is actually unreasonably sticky.nnOverall its honestly a good establishment w/ plenty of things to improve on and it will definitely be a 5/5 from me.
First and last time eating here. Family of 3 adults.nPlaced our order, which my husband had to correct on the drinks order we ordered a bottle of wine, the person taking order did 2 glasses.nThen to order what you would think was starters of garlic pizza bread and pork bites. To have pork bites and a main meal come out one after the other. Why has a main been served without the others, then nearly 10 minutes later my husbands meal arrives and then garlic bread pizza but not my sons meal which was he same meal as my husbands. We waited....mean while my meals been sitting here as I won't eat unless all meals are served together, as any restaurant would do.nWe finally asked to speak to manager as my sons meal still had not come, to find out the person taking the order mucked it up again, only ordering 1, my son finally got his meal 25 minutes after mine was served. Also was told by manager meals come out as they are ready regardless of order.nPlus the meal they ordered sizzling seafood plate was not much food for the price, photo attached.
Tried the $79 seafood bowl it was great no complaintsnLots of crab a crayfish heaps of green lip muscles.nOctopus and the baby potatoes soaked up all of the beautiful pasta saucenFresh crusty breadnWe are heading back for their big $99 seafood platter in a week .
