I had a tooth extraction at this dental, (two teeth removed). Everything went very smoothly and was done punctually. The staff are very organized and friendly. Doctor Nada made sure that there was no fuss in the process. Excellent service! Thanks!

I had root canal treatment there and all went well professionally. However, when I went there for the first time, the doctor was having a chat with a receptionist in front of the computer and the treatment started later than scheduled. At the second visit, the doctor was not even in the clinic at the appointment time. So I asked the receptionist and he said to me, even without a single apology, that she was on the way from outside. The treatment ended up starting 20 min later than scheduled. So the customer service was not really professional, as is usual with New Zealand. And the price for dental treatment is outrageous compared to my country. But they apologised for all of these inconveniences (apart from the price, of course!) that I experienced there after they had a look at this comment. So I believe that they will do much better from now on. All the best for them :)

I had tooth extractions done at Oceanview Dental. Customer service was absolutely amazing and they tailor to your needs, making sure everything went smoothly. They are such lovely staff and Dr Nada always does her job right the first time. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone, couldn't be happier anywhere else.
